It would’ve looked like they were engaging in some sort of weird campus ‘play’.
So, Bai Qi stopped moving and stayed still in Xi Chengyun’s arms.
Just then, Mu Dong started to shout. “Hello! Hello! Qi Qi, I’m talking to you! What happened to you? Did you fall into a lake?”
“Hold on, let me ask for permission,” Bai Qi said.
Xi Chengyun smiled softly because of one of the words he’d heard.
“Ohhh. So you’re ‘all that’ now that you’re married? And you have to ask for permission? Fine, go, go,” Mu Dong said in a jealous tone.
Bai Qi pointed at his phone. “I’m having lunch with them.”

Bai Qi looked… like… he didn’t plan to bring him along.
Xi Chengyun’s eyelashes fluttered, his beautiful face looked calmly gentle. “Mn, with who?” he asked gently.
