The point here is that... Magic Circuits are fixed at birth and only by doing some painful procedures, such as how Shirou Emiya forcefully converted his own nerves to Magic Circuits due to Kiritsugu's stupid machinations.

Swift Stride (B): Once activated, the user's speed will be increased by 15%.
Danger Sense—Passive (S): Gives the user heightened senses when dangers far above his current level is/are met.
Thanks to those time in Aincrad, he still managed to gain 3 more Random Abilities. Though, it can be seen here that the more dangerous the mission is, the greater the rewards that he'll get.
