Only now did he realize that her attacks, which did not affect anything else other than the monster, can affect their real-world horribly.
Souta then recalled the main purpose behind his call.
"That's right! Meteora-san! She asked for your permission!"
"Permission?" She asked. "Where is she right now?"
"The... military girl appeared. She's balancing out the situation right now."
"Balance out?"
"Right! A powerful [Creation] appeared just now. That unknown person prevented that great attack alone."
On the other side, Kikuchihara listened with utter seriousness. The entire council was alarmed by the huge pink light just now. Undoubtedly, everyone in Tokyo, perhaps the entire world even, had seen it.
In simpler terms, they are screwed. The thing that they had not wanted to see the most, which is causing a great disturbance in the entire world, happened.

She selected one of the available concepts in the logbook before allowing it to manifest in the real world.

Papers flew in the military girl's direction, covering her from head to toe. Then, the pages of books disappeared when they became a golden cube that encased the military girl. The cube shrunk visibly, taking her away with it.

Two rounds of bullets were aimed at Meteora. She managed to deflect the first one with her barrier, but it was broken by the second one and hit her, bringing forth a huge impact on her. This sent her flying into the library.

She focused all of the library's power on trapping the military girl, hence it happened. Kal'tsit wanted to help her, but Magane stopped her. She is now using Mon3tr as her shield after knowing about Kal'tsit's unbelievable strength. She could not be hurt by it, so she leveraged Mon3tr to become her shield. She tried to recall Mon3tr, but she later found out that Magane used its sentience into tricking it to stay here until the end of the battle—through a lie, of course.

A pink arrow went straight for Blitz, but he intercepted it by firing three bullets at it. He then saw another Magical Girl who has a wooden bow in her hands. She is currently in a stance, preparing to cover Meteora again.

Selesia dashed in front of Blitz, brandishing her rapier at him. The uncle blocked it with his heavy metal handgun. He was forced to dodge once more when a black katana brushed over his head.
"Oi. He is my enemy." The lanky man with purple hair said. "Can you leave us be?"
"Now is not the time for this! The destruction of the world is at stake here!"
Selesia did not heed Yuuya's words as she pressed Blitz down with her offensive. Seeing the seriousness of the knight, Yuuya did not pursue his match any longer. Just as he is about to attack the old uncle, the library is 'shattered' like glass.

They were soon brought back to the real world once more. There is no longer any grey fog in it. The orange sky is clear, with the setting sun visible within their sights.
The military girl had also broken through the maze at some point.
"Looks like everything would not end here." She said.
"So it seems."
The mysterious cloaked man, Shiro, promptly disappeared out of their sight without any warning. The military girl also did after a series of blue glitch panels appeared in her. Furthermore, Magane can no longer be found as she escaped with her [Infinite Deception of Words] during her fight with Kal'tsit.
"Will you join us?"
Mamika looked at the blonde pegasus knight. She knew that this chivalrous knight is not a bad person, which is why she had gone through the effort of reasoning out with her. She found it to be her responsibility to tell her the truth— about what the military girl truly wanted.
"I apologize. I am held accountable for the safety of my... creator. I can't join you now."
"What about the future?"
"...I'll think of it."
With that, she signaled her white horse to fly.
