‘Oh my gosh! Is that his wife?’

Before anyone could answer, the gentlest voice came out from their respective speaker. “Why don’t you sleep some more? It’s still four.”
‘Please, someone tell me that I’m dreaming... Is that really Richard’s voice? It creeped me out!!’ blurted Henrich in disbelief.
In all his life, Henrich had never witnessed how Richard seduced a woman, let alone talked gently like a gentleman. It was mainly because Richard preferred to travel and only got together once a year.

The chat box was filled with various incoming texts and bombarded comments right after they heard Anxia’s response.

“Hello? Richie, do you hear me?” Unlike the others, Diego spoke loudly through the headset mic. “Good morning, Mrs. Calvin, but did you know we can hear you very clearly?”
The others scowled at Diego’s sudden revelation over their headsets. Richard even stroked his forehead, feeling exhausted when he heard his cousin’s voice. Kendrich, who happened to be sitting next to Diego because Kendrich specifically came to Diego’s house to borrow his computer, immediately shifted closer to Diego’s chair.
Kendrich knew his sister didn’t like watching him play games because he was pretty noisy when he commented on what was happening in his online games. Hence, he went to Diego’s house to avoid disturbing his sister, father, and mother. Luckily, Yuna, Diego’s wife, didn’t mind the loud noises because she sometimes played games with Diego.
When Kendrich was close enough to Diego, he was surprised when he saw Diego’s second computer screen displaying some data about a young girl.
“Oh, I had no idea. I’m sorry.” Anxia replied in a tone as if she was stricken with extreme embarrassment.
“Diego, what are you planning?”
“Nothing. We need to talk. Sorry guys, I will cut the connection by force.”
“What?”
Before they could ask why or protest, five avatars on the screen disappeared one at a time, the first avatar to be gone was Raymond’s, and all of his chat histories were erased.
Anxia stared at the monitor suspiciously and was curious about what kind of guy this Diego was. Could it be he knew her hidden agenda? That’s impossible. Diego didn’t know her, so the man wouldn’t be able to know what plans she was making. But his last words about wanting to talk to Richard alone made her think otherwise.
Richard propped his chin on his palm as he looked at his wife suspiciously. It had been a long time since Richard had looked at her like this making Anxia flutter unsteadily.
“Why are you looking at me like that?”
“I wonder what you’re thinking.”
“Nothing in particular.”
“Are you sure?”
“I’m one hundred percent sure.”
For a few moments, neither of them spoke before Richard dropped his bomb. “Do you still hate Michelle Wong?”
Anxia did her best to hide her tension when she heard the question. She even faked her expression with a straight face, but Richard could see a gleam of shock in her eyes. It was a quick one because Anxia dispelled them in the next second.
“Xia Xia, can’t you forget the past? Michelle is my sister-in-law, which means she is also your family.”
Anxia tried to get up from her husband’s lap, but Richard held her so she couldn’t escape his husband’s grip. She saw and read the chats on Richard’s laptop. She immediately suspected that one of the brothers playing along with her husband was Raymond Calvin, the husband of Michelle Wong.
Through the same chat box, Anxia learned that Richard was hiding his marriage from his siblings, and they all wanted to meet her.
