I panicked, thinking they’d punish Princess Lily just because of me but it turned out, Princess Lily had done all sorts of things to others too….
“Well, it’s their family problem anyway. So? What should we do now?~”
“Being stuck in here is definitely going to feel awkward. For now, let’s bail. I don’t want to stay in that mansion if Fer ain’t with us so how about if we stay at an inn?”

Just like what Chris-san had said, I had just met them today so I shouldn’t be interfering with their family problem. If I was the only victim, I could ask them to give her a lighter punishment but since she had done things to other people as well…
I also think Sig-san’s suggestion was the best so I also agreed with him.
“I understand. I should be able to join you guys tomorrow before noon. I will come to meet with you guys at the inn later.”
“But Fer-san we’re only going to go find an inn now. You won’t know where we’re staying, right?”

I had thought there was no way Fer-san would be able to know where we’re going to go but Fer-san replied like that with a smirk on his face.

And so, Fer-san saw us off at the entrance of the castle. The three of us left the castle in the same carriage we had ridden to come here before.

“Haaah… Why is this happening….”
I sighed as I saw the carriage the three of them rode on became smaller and smaller.
The last time I was here was 5 years ago. Back then, Lily looked so delicate. It was as if she’d break if she was so much as to fall down. Even with her selfishness, she’d only put out an act when I was doing something. She’d usually said things like.
“Please play with me first, onii-sama!”
Or.
“Lily wants to eat a cake right now!”
If it was just that much, her selfishness could be deemed as adorable.
So… How… Just how did she turn out like that? Lily had grown taller but she was still short enough to be called petite.
But… Just how did she become that fat?! I think she might weigh more than me even….
“I wonder what kind of punishment father has in mind for Lily…”
I muttered to myself as I returned to my room in the castle.
I had sent Ren-kun and the others to the room first as I continued to talk with Lily when coincidentally, Big Brother Edward passed by. We then went to my father’s office and it was decided we’d be having a family discussion today.
Big Brother Edward said that although the report never reached my father, Lily actually had done several similar incidents before. My father, who had only thought of his youngest daughter as nothing but cute and adorable, decided that he had to give some sort of punishment to her.
“Haah… Even though I only planned to report about my engagement to Ren-kun….”
To be honest, I had left this home for quite a while now and I was going to get married soon. I’d be completely separated from the royal family so I didn’t mind to let them decide whatever they pleased but since this incident was triggered by Lily’s threat of violence to Ren-kun, I couldn’t just walk away like that. I had to participate in this discussion.
5 years ago, she was indeed my cute little sister but I couldn’t just forgive her for threatening Ren-kun, my fiancé. I should try to propose a strict punishment for her….

“Well now, Lily Aspel. You will be living in Dumfries imperial villa for a year starting from next month. Until then, you’re not allowed to leave your room. You will be given a special lesson in the imperial villa. I want you to live a healthy life and… Learn and grow in various ways there.”
“Father?! You’re sending Lily to such a remote place?!”

After deep discussion, it was decided Lily would be sent off to live in an imperial place on the edge of this kingdom. That place was originally built as a place for the royalty to recuperate and there was nothing but forest surrounding it. In that place, Lily would be living there with her guards and together with her maids.
Father finally realized she was really lacking self-awareness as a royalty so she’d be living there while being mentored by a teacher. A coach would be sent periodically to review her current body weight and shape as she would be encouraged to lose weight.
This punishment was quite hard for Lily since if she showed no favorable result in one year, her punishment would be extended. It’d be difficult to fix her character since she was already 17 years old but it was better than nothing at all.
Both Lily and Manami-sama couldn’t agree to father’s strict punishment and so, they raised their voice to voice their disapproval.
“I’m sending her that exactly because there’s nothing there. Lily… I’m aware I’ve been spoiling you but I didn’t think you’d become this terrible. As your parent, I’ve decided to fix your character.”

Father had a pained look on his face as he said that. His eyebrows were wrinkled together. Lily was bawling her eyes out but as for me, I believed that degree of punishment was to be expected. Or rather, it was still too light for her even.

“Manami, Lily will never grow up if we keep staying by her side. Please endure it for Lily’s sake.”

My father muttered as he stared at the door where Manami-sama had run out to. He then continued to apologize to us. On behalf of us, Big Brother Lucien shook his head and stated that we were also at fault.
Big Brother Lucien also regretted that he had spoiled Lily. Even though Lily was his youngest sister, Lily actually felt more like his first child rather than Julis, Big Brother Lucien actual first child.
I guess, I was also at fault for almost spoiling my youngest sister rotten….

My older sister and Big Brother Edward approached us from behind. They snickered as they made fun of my other older brothers.

T/N: I’m actually quite happy with the outcome. They didn’t just flat out punish her but they decided to teach her and made her go back to the right path. While whatever Lily has done is definitely bad, she’s not necessarily evil in the core. I think she has never done any physical abuse either so far? So yeah, she still has a chance to change. The king is also going to deal with Manami himself so I hope the royal family will finally change for the better! ＼(＾▽＾)／

T/N: I’m actually quite happy with the outcome. They didn’t just flat out punish her but they decided to teach her and made her go back to the right path. While whatever Lily has done is definitely bad, she’s not necessarily evil in the core. I think she has never done any physical abuse either so far? So yeah, she still has a chance to change.
