Re-Destro could just sigh as he watched all of the clones get burned to death at Beru's hands.
Well, only the parts he caught. Some of the security cameras he was tapping into had melted due to the flames.
That was something Re-Destro found quite terrifying. But he already knew that Beru was monstrously powerful, so he composed himself quickly enough.
The test had been a success in any sense of the word. The Meta Liberation Army managed to cause that much of a scene and could've potentially taken down many heroes too(if not for Beru).
And they didn't even lose anything, as the clones were expendable soldiers that their new member, Twice, could produce endlessly.
But, while the implications and results of the situation were extremely pleasing and highly in the Liberation Army's favour.
Re-Destro didn't like the way the situation had concluded. Beru dispatched that many clones too easily. Even if they weren't as strong as the originals, it was still concerning.
Beru was someone that the Army would have to face after all... And Re-Destro didn't think their chances looked all that bright at that moment.
As he watched the insectoid, he realised something else 'Beru seems to be especially busy. Why is he in such a hurry?...'
He watched as the Insectoid took off and tried to follow him. He tapped into all of the security cameras he could, eventually reaching the one where Stain was torturing the students.
He found the scene very distasteful, but he didn't really let it bother him all that much...
What truly caught his attention though, was the way Beru dealt with the villain.
Well, it didn't really bother him, rather, it pleased him. He recorded the footage of Beru ripping a villains arm off and throwing him through a building.
The camera, unfortunately, didn't register any sounds. But he could tell that Beru wasn't exactly being kind to the villain, just by the expression of said villain.
He then watched as Beru took all of the injured and flew off. Leaving the dying villain behind.
Re-Destro almost couldn't help the mischievous smile that reached his lips.
'Releasing this to the press might help us in the long run... But it also might not...' He was contemplating what to do with the video that was currently in his possession.
On one hand, this video would certainly harm Beru's reputation a bit. But, at the end of the day, it wasn't going to do much to Beru himself.
But it would make the people more sceptical about the way all heroes treat villains. There were already many similar cases.
And, making this video come to light would certainly weaken the trust that civilians have in heroes, at least slightly.
What exactly was the problem then?
Well... Publishing that video would also mean that he'd have to hasten the movements of the Meta Liberation Army.
If he just published it now, by the time the Army was ready for action, the public would've already regained their trust in heroes, making their operations more difficult.
Also, he needed to somehow warm the public up to their ideas quickly enough. Which was simply impossible.
Therefore, he decided to hold onto that particular video. He was certain he'd find a use for it.
For now, he needed to focus on strengthening the Meta Liberation Army and swaying the public to their ideals.

Damn, it's already been a month since this whole Internship incident. Gotta say things are progressing quite well.
Well, I haven't spoken much with Izuku or Inko since. Just the occasional phone call(with Inko). That brat seems to be avoiding me (understandable).
But I was also quite busy myself. I spent a lot of time watching television and hanging out with either Toga or the teachers.
But I also had to participate in those stupid heists. I now always take that guy's appearance(this time I ask) and make sure that they follow the contract.
Lady Nagant has yet to have been spotted though. The heist I will be attending tomorrow is the fifth.
And, to be honest, I have a really bad feeling about it. I mean, Wolfram and his group have already gained a lot of attention. From now on, heists would obviously get progressively harder as more powerful heroes will show up.
At the last three heists, there was no one of notice. I didn't run into that rabbit hero again, and, I don't really mind. She may have been hot, but she was really annoying to deal with.
I mean, I can't really go all out against any hero, so it's much easier when all of them are weak enough to not even be an issue for me.
I mean, she wasn't all that strong(at least compared to All for One) but going easy on her was still hard. I also kinda forced myself to only use that specific gigantification quirk.
Because regular people should only have one, and I don't need to attract even more attention to that group.
Two strong villains being part of it is already enough(me and Wolfram).
We have been hitting different cities in different parts of the country. I had to take down quite a few helicopters that were pursuing us, pulling them down by the tail usually.
It's kinda hard to not kill anyone(especially in a fight), but hey, it's manageable. And, I am not an idiot that lacks the self-control to not mindlessly start killing people.
I mean, what's the use of power if all you do with it is kill people(I could do that with guns too)?
That's why I learned to cook food using that flame dude's quirk. I can make some pretty crispy hot wings using my perfect temperature control.
Although Lunch Rush wasn't happy to see the mess my first attempts had left in his kitchen (imagine getting kicked out of a high school cafeteria, hahahahahahaha).
Toga has been training every day for this entire month. Now, she seems to be able to go toe to toe with Aizawa(pretty good).
She also tried to fight me, I don't really need to articulate how that went out(nothing changed).
I mean, she did get a few cuts in. Even with me holding back, I was still able to punch her unconscious(I felt bad afterwards though).
I also managed to get Recovery Girls quirk! It was an amazing adventure that saw me... Well, I just kinda asked for a bit of hair.
She didn't even question what my deal was, she just kinda gave me a strand and told me to leave her alone. (mission accomplished successfully)
I've already used it a whopping 1 time. Apparently, using it on an exhausted target is kinda dangerous(might kill them) so I couldn't even heal Toga properly.
Thankfully, I stopped immediately and took Toga to the clinic. Where, you guessed it, Recovery Girl caned me again.
Toga stayed in bed for a day or two but didn't really blame me(mainly because she didn't know what happened).
So yea. What other stuff did I get up to while wandering about?
Well, not much really. I didn't really speak to Nemuri in private a lot. We just kinda hang out with everyone else too. But we do all still get along.
Although some of the teachers didn't really like the way I handled the Stain situation...
Aizawa specifically said that I shouldn't have acted like that in front of the students. That I might give them a bad impression of how a hero should act.
I assured him by reminding him that they weren't children.
Also, the kids weren't really mentioned for fighting Stain at all. I think it's because they would've gotten in trouble or something.
The only reason Aizawa knows is that Iida told him about me killing Stain. (Damn, what a snitch)
I've not done much else. Currently, I'm just getting ready for the raid tomorrow.
How exactly? By researching an elaborate method to help the group escape from heroes... Well, not exactly, I'm just watching TV.
But that's close enough! The television is filled with stuff about heroes, might as well call this research(although not everyone would agree with that).
Well, there isn't much to do anyway. It's evening and Toga keeps trying to make me walk in on her while she's using the shower.
She's been in there for two hours already and I honestly find it amusing.
I wonder how long she'd stay in there. I mean, I did get worried and checked up on her(with thermal vision) but she just seemed to be staring at the door intently.
So I guess I won't be using the bathroom tonight.
Oh well, I'm sure Nemuri wouldn't mind if I borrowed hers or something.
