First Chapter of 2023.

"Where will I find them?" questioned Satvik with a tone filled with anger and burning rage.

Bura pissed his pants after looking at the vertical third eye which was glowing with a scarlett hue.

"North to the Bazar sector. You'll find their Guild mansion next to Tavern street" he mumbled while trying to breathe as Satvik's grip was getting tighter with every word he said.

He couldn't understand, what happened to Satvik and why he had changed so much, but that was the least of his worries.

Satvik let go of him and Bura landed on his feet while coughing and gasping for air.

However, before he could even speak, Satvik shoved his hand which was covered with flames, right where his heart was located, and pulled his heart out.

Bura didn't even get the time to register what had happened and he was already dead.

Satvik turned his head and all three eyes that were burning with anger set their gaze in the West direction, which was going to be his next destination.

Then he went inside and stood next to Kavita's body.

He leaned and after kissing her goodbye, he embraced her and mumbled, "Well meet in the next life!"

After that, a flame aura burst out from his body.

Due to the high temperature, the bed and other furniture caught fire and rapidly started burning.

He saw Kavita's body being purified by the flame until nothing but ash was left.

He then turned off his flame aura and started walking away from the house.

                      ---------------------------------------

In the bazaar, sector stood a guild mansion, home to members of the Clux guild.

It was a two-storey building having 15-20 rooms and the mansion belonged to a wealthy merchant who passed on without any heir and so the building was auctioned and bought by Clux Guild.

They established their branch in the bazaar sector of Salgesav City, which could help them to connect with slave merchants.

From the mansion, several rowdy voices could be heard by the drunk members.

They were joyously singing and dancing while having a drink in one hand and a woman in another.

*Knock!!* *Knock!!*

Then suddenly someone knocked on the door.

"Someone's at the door, go check it out," said one of the guild members while kicking their newest member.

The newest member looked at him while cursing under his breath.

He reached the door and opened the door with an annoyed look.

The entrance was dimly lit so he could not identify who was the person standing at their door was and hence he asked: "Who are.."

*Thwack*

But before he could finish his sentence his head exploded. Small bits and pieces flew everywhere.

"What the f*** is this?" muttered everyone in annoyance, while being covered with bits and pieces of flesh and blood.

They didn't even realize that it was their colleague, that was sprayed on them.

Everyone turned their heads towards the entrance. There they saw a dark silhouette of a man, his black hair covering his face.

"Huh! What happened to the new guy?" questioned one of the drunk members.

Then with a flash of lightning, the dimly light hall was illuminated completely and then everyone could see the headless corpse of their guild mate.

They all stood up from their seats and reached for their weapons.

They have already experienced several surprise attacks from other guilds so it didn't take them that long to analyze the situation.

"What the heck? It's just a single guy?" said one man while carelessly walking towards the man standing at the door.

Others eased a bit but didn't completely lower their guard.

They themselves have used dirty cheap tricks on others, so they knew to never let their guard down and this person standing before them might just be bait.

The guild Lackey's eyes landed on the missing arm of the person.

"Who sent you?" asked the guild member while pointing his sword at the stranger.

He waited for a few moments for the other to reply but since the other didn't seem to be interested in answering his query he instantly swung his sword downward with quite a speed.

When the sword was only a few centimeters away from the stranger's head, he used his right palm which was now covered with Air, to deflect the sword toward the right side of his body.

Then instantly he launched a roundhouse kick in the face of the Swordsman with great force behind it which instantly broke the latter's jaw and twisted his neck 180 degrees due to sheer force.

Everyone gasped in the room.

They have never seen such a well-timed counter in such a short time, that too, after dodging a sword strike with hair breath.

Now everyone gripped their weapons tightly. By now they were well aware that their enemy was some nobody.

With another lightning flash, the room lit again and everyone locked at the enemy in surprise.

He was missing his left arm and now they were able to identify the person standing before them.

Only a few hours ago they took pity on him and let him live but now he was standing in front of them as if he was someone different.

His eyes had turned scarlet and on his forehead was a small vertical slit, that looked like a third eye that was glowing in Scarlett.

His height and muscles had also increased and his scars were covered with cauterized marks.

Some members gulped out of fear, their intoxicated state was not helping them either.

One of the members turned around in fear and rushed to warn their leader.

Everyone took their respective stances with weapons ready and held their breath.

Satvik also took his stance and waited while looking at the holographic screen in front of him.

[320 XP gained]

*thrunderr~*

Another lightning flash gave the go signal and everyone charged toward him in unison while shouting at the top of their lungs.

"Aaaaaah!!!!"

Satvik waited and when one person came charging at him with a morning star in his right arm, he side-stepped while moving towards the person.

He then used his elbow which was hard as stone and jammed it into that person's throat, completely choking his air passage.

[ 264 XP gained ]

Another message popped up, but he ignored it for a moment and looked at the mob coming for him.

Then with a fluid motion, he jumped in the air and then performed a 360-degree kick which connected with the handle of the Morning Star, which was still in the hand of the dead person still standing on his feet.

The morning star launched towards the other person and shoved deep in his face.

Satvik didn't stop and without breaking his momentum performed a 540-degree kick while covering his feet with earth elemental after activating his Elemental Aura skill.

[ ELEMENTAL AURA ( Active Skill- level 1) Blessed by the Gods and Goddesses of natural elements, the user can engulf his part/whole body with any of the elements while attacking. Active usage costs 10 mana per second.]

The skill-enhanced kick found its mark on the skull of a dagger user. His skull caved in and his eyes burst out, due to pressure.

Then while gracefully moving and dodging every strike thrown towards him, he used the knowledge given to him by the God of War himself and used fluidic movements to hit weak points of human anatomy.

He has been continuously moving around his enemies for the past few seconds and his passive skill was already showing its effects.

[ LASYA (Passive skill -Level 1) The Goddess of power and energy, Gauri has blessed you with this skill. When performing continuous fluidic movements with grace, your attack speed and damage increase by 0.1% per second ]

With every continuous movement, his attack speed and strength increased.

In a mere 10 seconds, the Clux guild had lost 12-13 of its members.

When Satvik saw the last man standing from the group that came charging at him, he performed a 1080-degree kick boosted with Air elemental Aura.

The 1080-degree kick packed so much strength behind that when it landed on the person's torso his body was pulverized and a shockwave pushed all of his enemies a couple of meters away.

The guild members couldn't believe the horrific sight before them. The floor, walls, and even roof were now painted with the blood of their comrades.

Even if the dead members were young blood who had joined their ranks recently and attacked Satvik in order to impress their seniors, it was still unbelievable.

The one thing that astonished the most was the fact that if the person in front had been so strong, why had he not used it in their previous encounter and all he did then was to act helpless?

Satvik then charged at them with fluent motion. A tank came forward with his shield to block him.

Satvik's rock-hard fist was blocked by the shield. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief, at least someone was able to hold him.

Suddenly Satvik's fist was engulfed with a red-hot flame. Then he again threw a jab at the tank.

A hot fiery fist met cold metal.

The force behind the fist was so strong that the tank was pushed back by a few inches. The other also came charging at Satvik to finish him.

But never stopped after just one punch. When a person threw an axe towards his head, he then adjusted his center of gravity and rotated on his one leg barely avoiding the axe by hair breath.

When the axe was moving parallel to his face, he caught hold of it, and with another fluid rotation, he threw it back at another person while at the same time delivering a roundhouse kick engulfed in fire at the shield bearer.

The axe dug deep into one of the guild member's throats due to which he fell on his knees and passed away while choking on his own blood.

The tank wasn't in good condition either. Now his shield was changing color due to heat engulfed assault of the person before him.

But before he could process all of this and come up with a plan, another heat-engulfed axe kick landed on his shield.

The tank was barely able to hold the shield due to temperature then suddenly Satvik threw a final punch towards his face covered with water and air Aura.

The Tank raised his shield to block the punch. Hot metal met a cold punch and due to a sudden temperature change the low-class shield shattered into pieces and Satvik's fist landed at the Tank's face.

The tank's face caved in and his brain was squeezed inside his head due to pressure and he died.

[ 670 XP gained]

Now everyone's face turned pale. The Tank was one of their strongest members and was level 67.

If he was killed with such ease, there was no way they could survive this massacre.

Some people started to panic and dropped their weapons while trying to flee from such monsters.

Satvik picked up a straight sword from the ground in his right hand and zoomed toward the only exit.

"Wait don't run. We still have a number advantage" said one of the senior members of the guild.

But his warning fell on deaf ears. Two members were running away while using all of their strength but suddenly they couldn't feel the ground below their bodies.

Then suddenly unbearable pain assaulted their body while they fell on their faces.

Both of them shouted in pain while holding onto their leg or at least what was left of them.

Satvik had sliced off their legs below their knees to stop them from running.

Both of them were rolling in pain while tears and blood kept on flowing.

Satvik was about to end their lives but came to a halt. He looked at them with his Scarlett's eyes and then turned around and walked away to let them suffer.

"p...pl...ease k...i.ll m...me!" begged one of them but Satvik simply ignored his plea.
