In the guest room, the atmosphere could not be more silent and heart throbbing.
Ning Wei's finally couldn't control herself anymore and let go of the sadness she had accumulated all this while.
It had been 4 years by now that her husband was gone, and she was left alone in this world taking care of her new-born child.
Unlike Yuan Meng, she didn't have anyone to look around for herself.
She was an orphan and she felt now her only world was her new-born daughter, and she would live for her.
But time was what made her feel more sad as it went on.
Unlike Yuan Meng, she didn't have Grandma Yan and Grandpa Xiao to take care of her for some time after her husband left.
But she had managed to live like a strong woman so far, but that all was just a mask to hide her real painful heart..

"Why is my life so miserable, why won't you notice that I like you too?"
But she knew she didn't have the right to ask something like this to him, much less hug him.

Ning Wei sniffed as her lips trembled while she wanted to say something but then she heard Ye Qian say something which was as if a bolt of lightning had struck her.
"I know you like me!"
Ye Qian's words buzzed in her mind and her eyes were wide open as she heard them.
She couldn't believe that it was Ye Qian who had said those words.
She bit her lips again but this time really hard till she bleed.
After feeling the pain, she believed this was true and not her dream.
Ye Qian saw her and shook his head.
"You should know this is all real no need to bite yourself so much."
Saying that he bought his fingers to her lips and a green light shone on his thumb as he wiped the drop of blood that was trickling down her lips.
Ning Wei felt the wound on her lips didn't feel pain again and understood Ye Qian had healed her.
She nodded and her eyes went teary again.
How could she believe that she had someplace in Ye Qian's heart, she would not believe it even if one were to beat her to death.
But this was Ye Qian's himself seeing the pain and worry in his eyes she knew she had someplace in his heart for sure, and this was something her woman's instinct told her.
She felt she would just die of happiness now, but Ye Qian sighed again.
And she knew what he might be thinking of as he glanced at Yuan Meng who was smiling while looking at them.
"But you know, I can't give you what you yearn for from me."
Ye Qian glanced back at her and brought both his hand and held her in between them and said with a sigh.
Ning Wei's lips trembled and she knew what he meant by this, she wanted to say something but he placed his finger on her lips and said.
"Don't worry, you are my family now, so I will always be there for you."
Ning Wei's eyes turned red and her whole body shook, she felt happy but sad as well.
Maybe this was all she could get.
But then she glanced at Yuan Meng and saw that she had a reassuring smile on her lips.
She didn't know why but she felt that maybe with some more time, Ye Qian would accept her.
She smiled at Yuan Meng in a grateful manner and nodded.
Yuan Meng waved her hand and closed her eyes.
Ning Wei turned back to Ye Qian and nodded while pursing her lips.
"Now let me massage your arms, you will need more than Mengmeng since you have more internal injuries than her due to working a lot."
Her face turned red but she nodded bashfully.
Though what Ye Qian said meant, he wouldn't be able to love her, she didn't believe in his words, she was confident in her womanly instincts which told her she had a place in his heart and she was amendment after seeing the worry and care in his eyes, she had seen the same when he would care for her Sister Meng.
So Ning Wei was not worried about that, to her it was only a matter of time that Ye Qian would accept her feeling and understand his, for her.
So after so many changes of emotions made Ning Wei, even more exhausted.
Ye Qian started his massage while taking her wrist in his hand and caressed them with Spiritual Energy.
In no time Ning Wei felt she was light and could fly in the clouds the next second.
She had moaned a few times and felt more embarrassed but after seeing that Yuan Meng was sleeping and it was only Ye Qian who still had a smile on his lips as he massaged her.
She felt warm in her heart while sighing in relief that her Sister Meng didn't hear her moan, or she might not have the face to show herself in front of her again.
After her wrists, Ye Qian stood up and walked on the bed while coming behind her and started to massage her shoulders and back.
Ning Wei was more than happy to receive such treatment and was delighted while she closed her eyes and relished the feeling of being cared for by someone after so long.
She really felt all her life's worry and suffering had paid off and now it was her time to be happy and loved.
With that Ning Wei closed her eye and continued to cherish every moment of the massage with a sweet smile on her lips.
