The only person alive of the black mask men was holding Xiao Ya in his hand with great force such that the little girl had tears welling in her eyes.
Meanwhile, the man had switched the lights on for now and closed his eyes due to the sudden exposed but he didn't let his grip on Xiao Ya lessen but in fact pointed his pointed knife at her next.
"If you dare to do anything then this girls life is on you."
The man shouted as he had his eye closed and snickered.
He didn't know how the man in front of them was able to kill all his brothers but he had felt some sharp object pierce in his ear and after that, all he heard was a few thuds and then he had completely understood that all his mates were dead by now with their bodies completely turning cold.
He really didn't know what Ye Qian had used and there was no sound of any kind of firing of bullets before and it was impossible to hit all of them at the same time.
Ye Qian's fists were closed and a cracking sound come from his wrist bones as he made his fists..
He couldn't see the painful and fearful expression on the little girls face and felt even angry that for how he only missed this man.

The man in the mask grinned and opened his eyes.
By now the old man and Xiao Ya were also able to see who was in front of them.
"Uncle."
"Sob....sob."
Xiao Ya cried out after seeing that it was Ye Qian, he was the uncle whom she had met yesterday and he had said that he would bring his daughter to be friends with her.
But seeing him she cried out aloud.
It was only him who could be able to save her now and so she called for him.
"There there, little one, this uncle will not let anything happen to you."
Ye Qian's face changed seeing that the girl was a lot afraid and tried to console her.
He smiled at her and tried to ease her up.
"Sniff...sniff..."
Xiao Ya sniffed and nodded, while she wiped her tears off.
She felt this uncle will save her after seeing his smile.
"Hehe, don't promise what you won't be able to do, move out, or I will kill this girl right here."
The masked man sneered and waved the knife in his hand at Xiao Ya's hairs, thus cutting some of them as they fell off.
"Ahhh."
The little girl closed her eyes in horror and cried.
"Let the girl go, and you can leave."
Ye Qian said while he pointed his hand at Xiao Ya.
He still had about 2 Air Bullets, but he really didn't know if he had enough ability to use them on the man, and he was not confident if his aim would be accurate this time since he would be also at his limit of endurance from the backslash he would get.
Ye Qian was very vigilant of the man, as he seemed to be able to able to miss his Air Bullet before, he didn't know if this was merely a coincidence or the man was capable enough to be able to dodge or there was something else that the man had.
Meanwhile, the man started to walk to the iron door which was the only way out of the room.
"Don't dare you to move, I don't know how you killed my brothers but you will have to pay the price for that, we won't let you go."
The man said while he glanced at the bodies of the other 7 people lying on the ground with small dots right in the centre of their brows and from that dot blood was leaking out.
The man shivered as he saw that all of them had a sneer and normal expression on tier faces as if they were thinking of someone who was acting in front of them and they would let the man leave with his life.
But with them dead, they still had the same expression on their faces, as they died in a fraction of a second when they had this expression, they didn't even have the time to react before they had lost their lives to some unknown projectile which hit their head and then they could feel or hear or see nothing like their souls had already left their bodies.
The man's lips trembled and his body shivered for a second before he glared at Ye Qian with red eyes.
The people lying on the ground were his brothers which he had been living with for most of his life, but still, he had to see all of them dead.
He had to think of taking revenge for his brothers and kill this man, but he couldn't think irrationally he needed to contact his uppers and then they might be able to kill this man.
While all this time the man thought he was still holding the little Ya near him and covering most of himself with her, he didn't know if the man had more of those projectiles with him, and if he had then he knew he would have little to no chance of surviving against something which was able to kill all of his mates in just a breath of time.
Meanwhile, as the masked man was thinking all this in the place about half a minute had passed by now and this amount of time was enough for Ye Qian to be able to control his flow of energy and stabilize his situation enough to be able to take the little girl for the masked man back.
Ye Qian took a mouthful of breath before he gave a simple smile to the little girl and said.
"Little girl, you want to see some magic?"
