As Ye Qian brought his hand holding the Serpent Egg near Xiao Ya backed away a little but Yuan Meng held her and shook her head.
"BUU BUU."
Xiao Ya was a little frightened by her heart as Ye Qian brought the small stone which she had in her hands before and threw it after it buzzed.
To their surprise, the Egg which was silent for so long made a few sounds as it was brought near Xiao Ya.
At first, Xiao Ya was more frightened but after looking carefully at the "ROCK" in Ye Qian's hand she felt that it was so much beautiful; than even the most dazzling jewel she had seen on the internet.
She had held the rock for a few seconds and had felt the engravings on it but she felt like they were just some carvings that were made it on it and since she was covered she had not seen it with her eyes, but before she could think of seeing it the "STONE" buzzed and she was almost frightened to death by it.
Though now Xiao Ya didn't seem frightened as there were many people with her.
She looked at the "STONE" in Ye Qian's hand carefully and felt it was really weird and the design on it was also not someone could make since they were like really tiny threads of gold.
And there was no way one would make such minute detailing on a rock only to place it beside their pillows.
Yuan Meng and Ning Wei were mothers and felt that the sound from before felt like a small baby's cry who would cry when it was brought near its mother, but that was not the same for Xiao Ya.
"Try to take it in your hand."
Ye Qian said while handing the Egg to her.
"Hmmm."
Xiao Ya nodded and with trembling hands, she took the "ROCK".
She didn't want to break or damage this expensive thing who knew if this would be even worth her overall University fees and thus she took caution as to not throw it away.
Last time she had thrown it and it was lucky that it had only fallen on the bed and not on the floor, that was what she thought about it.

Yuan Meng and Ning Wei also neared Xiao Ya, last time they were not able to see the Egg carefully since Ye Qian quickly placed it beside Xiao Ya's head as the Egg seemed to be crying.
As Xiao Ya brought it near her, she felt a sense of bonding with it and she felt warm as the Egg was brought close to her.
She carefully looked at it and it was moving slightly as if it was giving a nod.
The Egg was not even the size of an adult's thumb.
Xiao Ya glanced at the Egg carefully and then brought it near her ear.
As she brought it close to her ear she could hear a faint muffle of beats.
"DUB DUB DUB"
Her eyes widened as she took the "ROCK" back in front of her and glanced at the two ladies beside her.
Though the two were not so close to each other, they could still hear the faint beating sounds coming from the egg, thanks to Ye Qian for that though.
As the food he used to make for them had enhanced their senses.
With the faint beatings they knew that the thing in it was alive, but the same could not be said to Xiao Ya, as she seemed to be more confused by all this.
Ye Qian smiled wryly, how could the girls understand anything if he were not to introduce it to her properly.
Seeing her confused face Ye Qian sighed and glanced at the two ladies who seemed to have got a vague idea of the things by now.
Ye Qian closed his eyes and took a deep breath.
Seeing him do this Xiao Ya's heart tightened.
'Do, I have some disease, that he is going to tell me about, but I still have mom to take care of.'

"You see, this was removed from your waist by me."
Hearing him Xiao Ya blanked as to not able to think how to react she constantly glanced to and fro at her waist on which she was wearing a shirt and the "Rock" in her hands.

"This was in your waist all this time while staying dormant all this while and today something might have happened and it reacted which caused you a lot of pain."
Ye Qian continued seeing Xiao Ya was staring at the egg, frightened.
"Don't think that it was the reason why you were in so much pain in the afternoon, if possible it might have even helped you to ease the pain which you were feeling so long."
"If now then even I don't know whether you would be alive or not."
Ye Qian said which he has theorized while thinking of all the things which had happed since he had seen the Egg and remembered its nature.
It was said that the Royal Serpent Clan was a benevolent race and they would never harm anyone unless it would be absolutely necessary to and mostly the reason was that they didn't like to harm anyone unless there was no choice left, though the Race was also a kind of Devourer Race they would only Devour the planets which had already lost its life force and help in the formation of new ones.
Hearing his words, Xiao Ya's gaze turned soft as she lightly caressed the surface of the egg with her thumb.
"I can think that you might have eaten this while you were a child by some mistake and since then it had been in your body, but there is obviously no harm that it had caused."
Ye Qian continued with a calm smile.
