Chapter 243: Who Is To Be Blamed?

Han Xiaowen was sitting in her car with the kids.
She took a packet of biscuits which was in her car and handed all of them some.
The kids were already hungry and so all the biscuits were finished in little to no time.
Meanwhile, as all the kids ate the biscuits, the small sparrow started at them with confusion.
Han Xiaowen noticed her and took a small packet of biscuits and broke it into small pieces and took some on it in her palm.
She brought it to the small sparrow who was on the steering wheel.
The sparrow glanced at Han Xiaowen at first then at the small pieces of biscuits in her hand.
She was confused as to what the kids were eating.
In her world, they never ate anything, so the complete "EATING" thing was completely new to her.
All she saw was that the kids brought the small things into their mouths and then moved their jaws up and down and then the things would disappear just like that.
Seeing that the sparrow was even more confused, Han Xiaowen shook her head.
'How could a bird not eat when given food, do I have to show her this, then again how did she eat anything all this while?'
Han Xiaowen wondered and in fact, it was mostly true, but the only fact was that the bird was not completely alive nor dead when living in the World of Pridid, the animals there were made of Pridid Fire so none of them needed anything to eat since the Fire would continue to nourish them even when they were asleep, so to them the thing like food and eating was never there.
And while this body of her's was real now, she had not even felt hungry yet, to eat food.
So it was only a matter of time until she would feel hungry and would ask for Ye Qian in a way or another.
The sparrow continued to stare at Han Xiaowen and her palm with confusion filled in her sapphire like eyes.

Meanwhile, as the little sparrow was learning a completely new thing.
In an apartment complex not far away from the IMAP Mall.
Ye Qian stood within the rotating ring which was nearly 100 meters high above in the sky.
Ye Qian looked closely around to see if there was anyone who was there so as to not make a scene due to his presence in this manner.

Seeing the building complex. the small girl pointed her tiny finger while calling out to him.
"Yes, you will see your mother soon."

Ye Qian had come here in no less than just a couple of minutes, he understood that if he were to waste much time, then Yuan Meng would definitely be worried about him.
Seeing that there was no one who was awake and the security also had his eyes shut, Ye Qian rushed to one of the buildings, but he still didn't take any chance and surrounded them with some Spiritual Energy so as to not be seen by anyone just in case.
Ye Qian carefully landed in one of the balconies but the door was not shut at all and in fact, the lights were also switched on, while a wailing of a woman was heard while a man's voice seemed to be consoling her.
"UHHUUUUU"
"When will the police search for my little baby, she has been away for more than a week and still they say they were searching and even forced us to not tell about it to anyone else."
"Are they even searching for my little girl?"
"SOBB SOBB"
The woman continued to mumble as she sobbed.
"We can only wait for them to help us search out little one dear, I have also tried to go to many other places and search for her, but no one seemed to have any idea about it, many even seem to have not yet found out that the kids in the city are getting kidnapped, it's like the parents are forced to not say anything out."
The man consoled the lady while his voice choked as he ended his words there was anger and frustration in his voice.
"How come you say that you have not been searching for her with all your effort."
The woman blamed the man while hitting the man on his chest a few times, while the man continued to stay still not even trying to stop her from hitting him.
In the end, the woman gave up and started to cry, even more, one could notice the helplessness and how pained she was after losing her child.

The man sighed and extended his hand while rubbing her back.
It was indeed his fault that day when he held his little daughter's hand and made her walk with him in the dense area around the park in order to make her feel how nice it was to walk on the grass.
But who would have thought that his thought of making his child learn something new would have made him lose her?
At that time all he felt was a sudden pain in his hand and so he took it back and check if there was something that hit him.
But the next moment he saw the greatest nightmare he would have ever had.
The small daughter of his, who had been just next to him was nowhere to be seen.
