Chapter 272: Time Can Change Anyone

In the palace which seemed to have been alive.
A throne was present in eh innermost region of the palace. Which was nearly the core of the whole planet.
A figure wearing Silvery silk robes sat with his eyes closed and his head resting on his hand as he sat on the throne while looking as if in sleep.
"HHHHHMMMMMM"
The whole palace reverberated with a loud humming sound.
"TSK"
The eyes of the figure sitting on the throne opened eyes.
While he opened them the whole planet which seemed to have clam fire surrounding it suddenly had a change.
The fire which was calm just a moment ago got excited and flared up while expanding more than twice that of the size of the planet itself.
The nearly smaller planets were turned to ashes and then to nothingness.
The creatures living on it also vanished from their existence.
"HAAAH"
The figure on the throne breathed lightly and lifted his hand.
With a single lift, the fire surrounding the planet calmed back to normal while transforming to many animals of Pridid making the planet even more bustling.
The already animals also roared in delight while roaring while looking at the palace.
"Hmm."
The figure on the throne nodded and took a step while lifting himself off the throne.
"BAMM"
As soon as the foot of the figure landed on the floor a loud sound reverberated throughout the palace.
The man opened his eyes clearly and looked with his eyes narrowed.
Though it didn't seem that there was anything which he seemed to be looking at.
"So someone got my inheritance."
The figure mumbled with a side of his lips curved into a smirk.
"It's been so long, and I don't think even I would be so incorrupt that the Pridid would have not devoted me if I were not its master."
The man spat as he brought his hand and a light flame which looked similar to that of the Fire of Pridid which Ye Qian had but there seemed to be anger and resentment in it.
It was completely different from what Ye Qian had with him.
The man brought his hand back and the flame also vanished with a devious roar that sounded like it came right from hell.
The figure took his step forward and the next moment his foot landed on the ground he was on the surface of the planet.
The figure was hundreds of kilometres above the surface of the planet as he stood right at the pea of the Palace.
"489 Billion Years."
"Time really can change anyone, lets see how you will come up."
The man glanced around the Planet and mumbled while waving his hand.
The roars of the various animals and the fire were back to normal and were still as the figure looked around.

Meanwhile, Ye Qian had arrived right in front of his house.
"CREEKKK"
He opened the gate and walked in while thinking of the things which he might have to do today.
Of course, there was nothing more than that of the party and some simple stuff.
He knew that although he wanted to find a job with some decent money, it would be really hard for him since he would be asked for about the last 5 years and there was literally no way he would be able to say them anything, like to what he had told to his parents and others.
There was rarely any work he would be able to do without getting asked for this.
This was mostly the only question which all of them asked.
And then if he were to find a job that didn't ask something related to this then there might be something off there.
It was really important for one's identity and he still had not asked his parents nor Yuan Meng whether they had registered as his as dead.
And if it was so then it would be impossible for him to find any decent work.
It was cause he was largely dead and the various documents and other things which were connected to his identity will always have thought of him as dead.
But Ye Qian still didn't know if he should ask this question since it would surely make things look a bit off.
He still had enough money so there was no problem about being able to live without any worry for a few weeks.
But he would still have to find a source of it after some time.
Though he had power that would be more than that of any superhero that was ever imagined on the Earth and intelligence that would rival even the most intelligent scientists now, he didn't want to give most of his time just to earn some money and the thing he cared for the most was his family.
Ye Qian sighed and let go of the worry at the back of his head and walked into the house.
He knew that Grandpa Xiao was also doing the breakfast so he didn't want him to think that he was not there at home at a weekend when he should be spending his time with his family.
Just as he walked into the kitchen he was greeted by a lively scene.
The two little girls were playing with Yuan Meng sitting by their side, while Ning Wei, Grandma Yan, Grandpa Xiao were having breakfast.
Grandpa Xiao still held yesterday's newspaper in his hand with his glasses on his nose bridge while holding a cup of tea with his other hand.
Grandma Yan smiled at him seeing him walk in, while Grandpa Xiao only glanced at him with the corner of his eyes and didn't say anything.
Ye Qian smiled wryly in his mind as he had seen that and turned to Grandma Yan who was shaking her head lightly and patting the chair by her, saying to not think much about Grandpa Xioa's behaviour and sit beside her.
