That was all she said before a tear passed down her cheek and then entered her lips.

Yuan Meng extended her hand at Ji's hair and caressed her face lightly and didn't say anything after that.
'What is that thing that made the Young Miss so emotional?'
That was the only question in the mind of all the guards and also the middle-aged man whose lips twitched from anger.

He cursed in his heart and took a large breath and turned to Ji's cousin who was also looking at him as if asking something to him.

He didn't specify a name or point at any person, but by the looks of it, no one needed to think much that he intended that Lao should not get acquainted with Ye Qian.

Lao extended his hand and placed it on Ye Qian's shoulder while patting him and said to Uncle Chen.
Ye Qian felt a warmth in his heart hearing his words, he was wise to know that this Uncle Chen was indicating about him, but with Lao's words, he felt that he was a good person.
Meanwhile, beside him, Yuan Meng and Ji glanced at each other and then narrow their eyes at Lao.
How could they not understand that he was playing tricks with this Uncle Chen?
