6. Will you still do it even if you have no sex drive left? (2)

Again, So-hee was trying to figure out how to return to her present life.

Even if it didn’t match the fancy space, Joshua was still meticulous enough to put vertical steel bars lining up the windows to prevent her from jumping to escape.

Her room was on the second floor, so even if she jumped, she couldn’t achieve her goal.

“There’s nothing sharp around here.” She muttered, glancing around at nothing but basic furniture.

There were no other objects she could utilize.

If she had no choice but to jump, she would.

It would be harder to hang herself with rope or stab her chest with a knife.

“Oh! Just thinking about it gives me goosebumps.”

The pain she would feel here was no different from the real world.

She liked this world at first, believing that the story would write itself if she just dreamed about it, but now that she experienced it, it was just pure labor.

“I have it. I have it, My Lady.” So-hee heard a sudden voice while she was speaking to herself. “I’ve found a contraceptive pill for you, My Lady.”

“What?”

So-hee jumped up in surprise and accidentally hit her back against the wall when she saw Joshua was there, as well.

‘No, you damn maid!’ She frowned as she rubbed the hurt from her spine. ‘You said you would look for it, but why did you tell Joshua about it?’

Despite her embarrassment, Sohee cleared her throat and shouted proudly,  “Contraceptives aren’t that bad.”

Frown lines marred Joshua’s forehead. “If you think about why you should take it, it really isn’t something to be proud of, Ariad.”

Her snow-white face contorted in a grimace.

Joshua had told her the truth, indeed.

But was there something wrong with him?

Didn’t he want her to take some contraceptive pills?

“Why are you so angry, Joshua? How many times do you think I have had sex with other men? And, why do you have those birth control pills in the first place?” She asked.

The man’s eyes shook as he looked at her and clenched his fists.

Joshua had no idea either.

He was doing alright when she was out of his sight but why did he suddenly get so angry both yesterday and today?

The tension in the atmosphere made Joshua’s face darken and in that instant, So-hee realized his  true intent.

Ohmygod~

That’s right.

She needed to create a love line with him.

So-hee still had a chance to secure her place as the heroine!

“I finally understood what’s wrong with you, Joshua.”

“What?”

“I know you like me,”  So-hee said randomly, creating a scene suitable for a romance novel.

Joshua’s red pupils trembled even more.

“Stop talking nonsense.” He stared at her calmly. “Even if you were to die with your limbs torn apart right in front of me, I wouldn’t bat an eye.”

Joshua felt at peace after uttering these harsh words.

So-hee tried to imitate Ariad by flashing him a coy smile before replying. “You kissed me too hard for someone who claims he doesn’t care about me.”

The way she smiled with her eyes was fascinating because Joshua’s mouth had unconsciously echoed her words.

Joshua bit his lower lip when he remembered the irresistibly soft and moist texture of Ariad’s juiciness, thinking that he had simply felt lust the way a man would feel towards a woman.

He didn’t want to be swayed anymore.

He gave Ariad an affectionate smile. “You stole my first kiss.”

“What?”

She shouldn’t be shocked at this revelation.

She was the one who set the male lead not to have any experience with women from the start but the kiss they shared wasn’t the experience of a male who did it the first time.

As expected, the hero in the novel she wrote was different.

His handsome face came across So-hee’s mind, and she had never been prouder of herself.

“What are you thinking?”

A large hand suddenly wrapped around the back of her head.

Surprised that Joshua had erased the distance between them without her realizing it, So-hee tried to withdraw from him, but she could no longer move.

‘Come on, man! You’re going to hit me in the forehead with that simmering anger.’ She murmured as her eyes trembled in fear.

“You provoked me, Ariad. I must punish you for this.”

What do you mean?

So-hee closed her eyes shut when his handsome face moved closer.

Hot lips engulfed her own and when she opened her mouth in surprise, his tongue smoothly penetrated inside.

It delicately swept through the soft spot and turned all her hair into white like a sheet of bond paper.

His veiny forearms held So-hee’s head tightly and her thin arms embraced his muscular back as if she wanted to possess Joshua.

Their wet, moist tongue tangling with each other separated when they heard a rustling sound.

“You. Be honest with me. You don’t hate me, right?”

At first, she wanted to know if romance was possible for the both of them, but she actually asked this out of curiosity.

Joshua’s moist, wet lips curled up at the corners. “Yes, Ariad. I’ll be honest with you.”

His cold hand brushed past her lips and his touch felt sweet and hot.

“What if I have nothing left for you in my heart except for lust?”

So-hee’s heart sank, not knowing whether he actually meant this simple touch or he actually desired to have sex with her.

A huge wave of unknown emotion swept over her.

Joshua scanned her carefully with dilated pupils and soon, his rough breath touched Ariad’s pale skin again.

“Will you do it with me?”

“No. What?”

“Why? You’re alright with having sex with multiple men, but you don’t want to do it with me because I’m a boring, even-minded gentleman?”

Was this guy still holding grudges about that?

Ariad had called Joshua those names before when they met each other for the first time.

‘I dislike a boring, even-minded gentleman like you. So don’t interfere with my business after we’re married. It wasn’t like we wanted each other anyway.’

True to her words, Joshua didn’t show up in front of her since then even if they lived in the same house.

But the man she was facing now was far more dangerous if something ever went wrong.

Joshua was slowly turning different from the character she had written.

After a long silence, he kissed her again as if he didn’t care to hear her response.

So-hee clenched her fist from the dizzying touch.
