Secretary Cao was sweating profusely as he looked at Chi Mingwei and smiled awkwardly. “Mr. Chi, this is not the place to discuss this. Let’s talk somewhere else.”
Chi Mingwei did not refuse. He entered a nearby cafe with Secretary Cao after asking the driver to wait.
The two of them found a quiet seat in the corner. Chi Mingwei sat down and looked at him. “Secretary Cao, what exactly are you guys doing?”
