Erian glanced at her with furrowed brows but still responded. "Hello."
The young lady raised her eyebrows at Erian's response, but wasn't offended. "It's been a while I saw you at the administrative office."

"Don't let this food go to waste otherwise I will be really mad. Alright, need to go now, later." With that she left the store to the two men.
Erian whistled and his smile turned mischievous as he turned towards the old man. "Old Jon, even at your old age, you still got game! How often do you-"

"Ouch!" Erian reeled backwards ads he held his head in pain. He didn't even see the old man make a move.
"What was thar for!?" Erian shouted, glaring at the old ma feeling wronged.
"That's my daughter, you idiot. Why are you here?" Drawing back his hand filled with little tools, the old man continued his tinkering.
Pouting a little, Erian dropped the bag of cash in the counter. "I wish to change this into digital currency. Can you do thag for me?"
"Five percent commission."
Erian frowned slightly. He didn't want to change the money in the bank as they would be suspicious of how a Scavenger came to be of that amount, which was why he came here but the amount the old man was asking was too much. No wonder the old man didn't get much customers he was very expensive.
There was no use arguing since the old man was really stubborn. "Alright then." Eventually, Erian agreed.
The old man twisted his wrist and tapped a few commands on his wrist. "Your UID code?"

Soon, Erian felt a soft vibration from his wrist, the transaction had been completed. The old mna grabbed the bag and tossed it inside his store.

The old man surely liked money.
"Do you have serums that could permanently increase vitality and agility?" Erian suddenly asked.
The old man glanced at Erian for a moment and then replied. "Yes, but you can only afford one."
Erian was stunned before he sneered. "Don't worry, I don't want to know." He'd rather go slaughter a few beast to gain points even if it was just a little.
Erian was about to leave when he suddenly noticed a few Cyber Wristware before the old man. He had always wondered what the man was working on, but it turns out the old man was actually working on a few Wristwares. He actually had three already on his counter. They look slightly outdated, and rough but from the rays of light the projected, it seem to be working.
"You fix Cyber Bands?" The surprise evident in his tone. The device was so thin and small, making it slightly impossible for the human hands to work on and only machines. But the old man with his tiny tools was actually working on one.
"Something along the line, want to buy one?"
"Nah, already got one from the Tech Store."
"Hmph! Those at rigid with all sort of features that can be tracked, stolen and hacked. The ones I have has been deeply modified with different features. You are going to need them where you are going. Take a look." The old man threw Erian a different looking Wristware.

His account number, his ebox, his UID number and other website. He saw that he could even make a transfer from his own account to the account tied up with the modified Wristware without using any pass codes or finger print!
Erian's pupils constricted. This Wristware could actually be used to hack other people's wristware, scan for available people using the Wristware technology and hack into their accounts whenever he wished. Stealing money from peoples account is only a click away!
He could even hide from other people who wish to track his location and even fake his location as he wished! This type of tech shouldn't even be allowed to exist.
Erian calmed down his breathing and indifferently glanced at the old man. "It doesn't seem like much, but I will reluctantly take it. How much for the watch."
For the first time, the old man smiled but if one looked closely, it was a smile of disdain. "500 thousand."
Erian furrowed his brows tightly. 100,000 for the tech wasn't too high a price, nor was it too low.
