Rena's House
A sunny day.
In a used to be abandoned house, 2 figures can be seen cuddling each other.
They are Rena and Tatsumaki.
From the outside point of view, they might be just friends who show each other their friendship.
But actually,
"Aah... my Tat-Chan energy is being refilled~"
Rena said with a full smile.
"Mmn, are you done yet? can't believe you called me on my busy hour just for this."
Tatsumaki said, with a small blush.
"But you still came, hehehe~"
Rena said, Tightening the hug.
"Hey!"
Tatsumaki let out a little sigh.
Then ended it with a smile.
"Meow~"
Suddenly a cat's voice can be heard near them.
"Oh, Nyan!"
Rena spoke, let go of the hug then proceeded to lift Nyan up into the air.
Rena then starts rubbing her face on the cat's fur.
"Hehehe, your fur is smooth as usual~"
Seeing this, Tatsumaki immediately pouted.
Of course, Rena didn't realize that.
Tatsumaki then threw a fierce gaze at the cat.
But she was welcomed with a mocking face from the cat.
"This cat is messing with me. Ren-Chan, give me that cat."
Tatsumaki spoke, stretching her hand to the cat.
"E-eh? what are you planning to do with my Nyan?"
Rena spoke, hiding Nyan away from Tatsumaki.
"Nothing, just let me hold it for a second."
Tatsumaki persisted, doing a "give me that" hand gesture.
"If it's just for a second, then..."
Rena slowly gives Nyan to Tatsumaki's hand.
Seeing this Nyan started panicking.
Nyan's body starts rebelling against Rena's grip.
"E-eh Nyan, what happened?"
Rena confusingly asked.
"M-meow!"
Finally, Nyan was able to escape from Rena's grip.
He immediately starts to run away from both of them.
Tatsumaki clicked her tongue after Nyan was already nowhere to be seen.
"What's wrong with Nyan I wonder..."
Rena spoke with a worried face.
Soon after, a ringing from Tatsumaki's phone can be heard.
*ring* *ring*
Tatsumaki opened her phone and see the message.
She then closes it and starts speaking.
"Ren-Chan. It's time for me to go."
Tatsumaki stated.
"Hmh? ahh, Hero's job... Alright, we can meet again at another time I guess."
Rena spoke.
She then leads Tatsumaki to the front door.
After Rena held the doorknobs, she slowly muttered.
"At a time like this, I wish the time were stopped. Cuz this might be our last farewell..."
"What did u say?"
Tatsumaki asked.
Rena shakes her head.
She then opened the door.
"Nothing, bye-bye, Tat-Chan..."
Rena said smiling.
"O-oh, I see..."
Tatsumaki said, slowly walking outside.
Rena shakes her hand while slowly closing the door.
"Wa-"
*clack*
The door is closed.
Tatsumaki was trying to say something but, due to Rena's having deep thought, she didn't realizing it.
Soon after the door closes, Rena's smile where nowhere to be seen.
She then spoke,
"I hope, the next time we meet was not be the meet between Dark Monarch and Tornado of Terror but still us, Amanozako Rena and Tatsumaki"
Rena muttered.
"Finally she's gone."
A sudden voice came from Rena's behind.
"Nyan..."
Rena spoke in a low tone.
Nyan grunted.
"That face again... Every time she left, you always make that kind of emotion on your face. It's unpleasant you know."
Nyan spoke, leaning against the wall.
"Oh, I'm sorry... it's just..."
Rena paused her speech while looking down.
Nyan clicked his tongue then slowly approached Rena.
"I don't know what are you planning to do with that girl but, I just let you be and ignore it without complaining. But I can't hold it anymore."
Nyan spoke. He then grabs Rena's head and forces her to look into his face.
"Eh, Nyan?"
Rena asked confusingly.
Nyan then show her a furious glare while spoke,
"Don't forget, we are monsters, and she is a Hero. Our existence is hostile to each other and will always be."
Nyan stated.
"B-but..."
Rena started to look away from Nyan's gaze.
Yet again, Nyan forced her to look into his face.
"DON'T ACT DUMB! MONSTERS AND HEROES CAN'T COEXIST! one of us needs to die for peace to happen."
Nyan spoke. Still giving rena a furious glare.
"OF COURSE I KNOW THAT!"
Rena screamed, her tears is halfway from dropping. She then continues,
"Of course, I know that the most. BUT! BUT IT CAN'T BE HELPED! WHENEVER I SAW HER, MY EMOTION SUDDENLY BECAME UNSTABLE! *hic* I... I... already... fallen in love with her, I ALREADY, FALLEN IN LOVE WITH A HERO! *hic*"
Rena screamed while holding her tears.
Rena's statement makes Nyan become silent.
He then releases his grip and spoke while walking away,
"You should calm your head down. The you right now, is someone I can't and won't see."
Nyan then disappeared into a nearby cracked wall.
Silence has descended upon the room.
Only Rena's sobbing noises are visible...
And yet at the same time, on the opposite of the door, Tatsumaki's figure can be seen.
She was still there standing ever since Rena closes the door.
She then cloaked herself in a green aura.
*BOOM*
Just in a mere second, Rena's house was broken.
A girl, with teary eyes that wasn't completely wiped out yet, is now doing eye contact with a floating girl with a green aura.
"Ren-Cha- no, Amanozako Rena..."
"Mind explaining?"
