Chapter 321 321 - The Plan
They reached uncle wen's house. For now, this was the safest place they could be in. first of all this whole house is surrounded by ten acres of farm lads with corn and rice growing lushly. With his father's powers, he could easily take control of at least two acres of land and the plant will be their baseline protection.
They rushed inside and only Juda Tian and Jamie were inside taking in all the food into their spaces.
"Where's Fan?"
"There," Tian pointed to the side.
Fan was busily taking to some of the soldiers and giving orders.
"Fan!" Yue ran to him. "What is the situation there? do you see any zombies closeby or..."
"It's a mess. My mapping ability is going haywire. I can make out shapes but I can't make out if they are human or zombies. Everyone is rushing around.... it's hard to make out where the zombie hoard is at. It's better to be prepared."
"Maybe I can be your scout. I'll go and check out in which direction they are swarming maybe we can do...."
"no! It's too risky. You won't be able to escape their attacks. Every zombie out there is at least level four. I'm not sure how powerful the zombies are yet... you stay here. I'll take care of it,"
Yue really didn't have any clue. In his previous life after settling down in G city base he did not cross the wall again. His knowledge of zombies stopped right at that point. He had no clue how powerful a level eight or a level ten zombie would be. He had no clue how fast they will be...
He did not even have a clue how powerful his ability was.
They only vaguely segregated it.
Yue bit his lips. It was too dangerous for Fan to fight alone.
He watched his husband walk away. His heart almost stopped.
He hurriedly grabbed Fan's hand. "You can't blindly go out there and expect me to stay calm. We need a plan. They are swarming; one wrong move and you will be six feet under. I don't wish to lose my husband on my wedding day,"
"Yue.. You can't... I have to be there,"
"That's why I'm asking you to fucking play your attack you idiot! Don't just blindly walk out! or I will follow you out and fucking die with you if I have to!"
Fan took a deep breath. "There is no way to know the position of the zombie surging. Planning an attack will end up being a disaster,"
"I know a way to locate them..." a small voice whispered.
Both of them glanced down at Zi Chen who stood there proudly with his chest puffed up.
"Baby it's not the time to play. Daddy's; life is in danger we have to..."' Fan held his hand stopping him mid sentence.
"Go on. How can you locate them Chen?" Fan glanced down at him
Zi Chen happily ran to the nearby window and threw it open. He held out his hand, in a minute or so his whole hand was swarmed by a bunch of bees.
"Chen! Shit! Do-not move. I'll get some bug spray," Yue panicked. He was not sure if his son was allergic to bee stings or not. It was an irrational fear but he wanted to keep his son safe as possible.
Zi Chen just smiled. "They won't bite. Look," he waved his hand. The bees flew around him in s smooth circle. "Hi bees can you do me a help. Can you fly over where the rotting humans are?"
The bees all flew out. Zi Chen too stood by the window looking out. "Dad, near the market I see a lot of dead humans. They are jam-packed. The surviving human are all stuck their houses."
Yue curiously walked close. "Can you see the wall? see where there is a hole?"
"it's.. it's near that blue house.. There is a big hole. They are all squeezing in. they seem awfully impatient...." he mumbled softly.
Yue looked at Fan in surprise. He hurriedly removed his glove and held his son's hand. All of a sudden he heard a lot of sounds..
It was very different. It was the sound of the bees. They were talking.. Somehow he could understand the buzzing.
"Daddy..." a soft squeaky voice came from close to him.
Yue glanced around. The puppy was sitting there silently. "Where is that voice coming from?"
"The animals. I can hear them. They love talking...." Zi Chen whispered grabbing his hand. he gently kissed his hand. "You are not wearing gloves,"
Yue could not hear his son though. He was only able to hear the animals. "I can't hear you... but I can hear the animals. I just heard a small voice call me daddy,"
Zi Chen pouted. "Ignore that voice," he read his mouth,
"Huh?"
"Daddy, don't ignore me. He's bad. I'm your baby aren't I.." that small voice said again.
Yue was more than shocked. "where is this voice coming from?"
It was actually coming from inside his picket. It was.... Trexa!
"Trexa baby! Oh my god."
"daddy~" she gently nuzzled against his gloved hand. "You can hear me...."
"Hi baby I can hear you..."
Zi Chen suddenly grabbed his hand. His mouth was moving vigorously but Yue could not understand what he was saying. "What is he saying?" he glanced towards Tian.
"You're his dad," she mouthed to him.
"Yes I'm your dad," he patted the kid's head. But Zi Chen was still pouting glancing at Trexa.
"Daddy he lies a lot. He's not allergic. He just hates to share you with me. Such a mean kid," Trexa squeaked silently hugging his glover-covered thumb.
Yue just blinked. 'Chen lied..... wait it's not the time to think about it,'
"Zi Chen we will talk about your behavior later. Now continue observing. Anyone do you guys have a map of the base. Bring it here. Chen will mark where the hoard is,"
Still pouting Chen marked down all the spots.
In that meantime, Yue copied Peng Peng's ability. His tail popped out in his pants. He removed it out and gently caressed his newly appeared ear. "I have a plan. We might all have to work together. Before that mum, make some duplicates of the weapon we have." He gestured for Tian to hand her the bag.
His mum got busy.
"Someone get me some long steel rods. The ones used for construction."
His plan was very simple. He planned to slice these zombies off.
