"I am indeed quite interested in knowing who attacked yesterday… Although I did manage to hear that one of them was a general from the Sky Empire…" Ignoring the little cleaning Yi Min did, Xuan Hao nodded his head and responded.
Even if he already knew that one of the people who had been there yesterday was a General of the Sky Empire, he still had no clue who the others were. Not to mention the demonic cultivator that Yi Min dealt with, there was a high likelihood that the people who had come together with General Guan, were very likely from a demonic sect of some sort.
Given that he would very likely have ended up offending them by standing on the same side as Yi Min, Xuan Hao really wanted to find out just who they were, so he knew who to look out for.
Even if there was a chance that they had not noticed him behind the barrier and the two people staying behind had already perished, Xuan Hao didn't want to take any chances and wanted to be prepared, just in case they came to attack him at some point in the future…

Smiling happily upon hearing him say that he was indeed interested, Yi Min stood up before dashing towards a small bookshelf a short distance away before coming back with a beautifully decorated book with a drawing of a large open sky as its cover.

Seeing the book that Yi Min had suddenly placed handed over to him, Xuan Hao could not help showing a slightly confused expression. Not understanding why, he had been given a book when asking about the people who had attacked the capital of the Iron Sky Kingdom yesterday.
"It's a basic introduction to the Sky Empire given to everyone inside the Sky Empire who reaches the Domain Lord Realm! Of course, it also gives a simple explanation of the different factions inside the Sky Empire itself. The ones who attacked yesterday are noted down in there as being on 'bad terms' with me…"
Listening attentively to Yi Min's explanation, Xuan Hao felt like he understood why she had given the book to him.
Not only would he be able to find out about the people who had attacked Yi Min's capital yesterday, he would also be able to get a clearer picture of the current situation of the Sky Empire as a whole.

Yi Min did not mind this at all and just picked the half-eaten cookie back up before she began nibbling away at it once again while looking out the window next to her.

At the same time, it also made him feel a bit sceptical regarding the book he had read through back at the Flying Sword Sect about the different Domain Lords inside the Sky Empire…
From that book, Xuan Hao expected for there to be between around a hundred or so Domain Lords inside the Sky Empire, but looking over the many factions, Xuan Hao felt like there should be far more Domain Lords inside the Sky Empire!
After all, it did not make sense that a family clan without any Domain Lord could be enemies with a kingdom that had a Domain Lord King at the helm…
Looking through the list of factions, Xuan Hao could not help but feel more surprised the more he read about the different faction of the Sky Empire.
Not to mention the churches that he had already known about beforehand, there was also several large noble families that had taken root inside the capital of the Sky Empire. From the writing in the book, Xuan Hao had quickly realized that the large noble families seemed to have a lot of power in the Sky Empire. Albeit, still weaker compared to the churches….
Speaking of the churches, Xuan Hao learned that there were three main faiths inside the Sky Empire.

And lastly, Cult of the Scarlet Moon.
