101 Chapter 101: Annoying Battle suit
The Silver-haired man kept looking at Alex with a weird look in his eye as if he was directly trying to look deep into his soul.
“A Briggs speaking from the heart... That’s shocking... I never thought I will get the chance to see this” The silver-haired man said calmly.
“I am not a Briggs... I left that name behind a long time ago... I don’t want to have anything to do with the big four... If I will die, I will die fighting Wilder Briggs when he believes I am a threat that needs to be removed... But here? I cannot die here... I still have a lot of things to do... I need to set things right before I die” Alex said coldly with his fists clenched so tight, that they were already red.
The Silver man remained silent and watched Alex’s fists. His eyes were strange and it look as If he was contemplating evil.
“What do you mean by this? You don’t want to have anything to do with the big four...” The silver man asked inquisitively but Alex didn’t think too much about it.
“I know what you are trying to say... It’s strange for someone like me to say such things but people change... I’m sure you already know I am a deviant... Forced to undergo a dangerous experiment against my own will... Pushed to the outside world for a reason I am yet to know of... My life, my fate is decided by men! The country is a mess, the system is a mess... While I lack the strength to change it I can only work with them in silence while I build up my strength... Once I get the strength I need... I will fix this country... I will fix this world” Alex said absent-mindedly while focusing on the battle happening.
The silver-haired man kept gazing at him for close to three minutes and only then did Alex notice and turn to face him.
“What’s up?” Alex asked with a raised eyebrow.
“If you hate the way the world works then join me.. we have the same goal... The same aim... We can fix everything! If you join me you do not have to fear anyone again! I will make you stronger!” The silver-haired man said with glowing silver eyes.

“Na” Alex’s reply was swift and sudden making the man almost choke on his saliva.
It felt like Alex didn’t even bother thinking about his offer and rejected it the moment he was offered.
“Why?” The silver-haired man asked. He tried to mask his shaken tone when he spoke.
“Well, we are not the same... We may have the same goals but it’s the method that matters... I won’t call myself a saint nor will I call myself naive... When I decide to fight back, people will die... In every war there be casualties, no one is denying that but I will never stoop so low as to kidnap kids who have nothing to do with this and use them for your test and experiments... If you asked me before doing that I probably would have joined but right now, you are not a freedom fighter to me... You are just a monster,” Alex said coldly while gazing at the man in the eye.

Mr. Blade created energy rocket launchers and kept firing but Damian was as nimble as a monkey. Even with no prediction skills, he dodges all attacks thrown his way almost perfectly but the problem now is reaching Mr. Blade.
If it were the old Mr. Blade, it would be a pure contest of strength and with the second stage of the demon-kin secret martial technique, Damian had absolute confidence in his strength but with this new battle suit, everything has become far more complicated.

“INSOLENCE!” Mr. Blade screamed as the rocket launchers transformed into mighty black gloves and he punched out in retaliation!
“Shit!” Alex jumped to his feet and screamed as both fists collided!

Damian spat out a mouthful of blood as his body jerked back and blood jetted out of his broken fist!
His eyes were bloodshot as he retreated with his lips dyed red with blood.

Mr. Blade dared not give him a chance to recover and quickly chase after him, punching forward with both hands!
In just a second, the tide of battle had changed!

Even in this situation, Damian remained calm as he quickly retreated. Pushing more power go his legs, he kept retreating in a zig-zag manner but the old monster was still on his tail! At this point, he couldn’t help but remember One Sword’s fancy movement technique. If he had a gold-tier movement combat technique, things would have been a lot better!
He inhaled for the third time since he started retreating but he never exhaled. At this point, the low rumbling sound could be heard and Damian’s bloodshot eyes remained calm but firm.

Two massive cannons formed on Mr. Blades’s back and two powerful beams shot forward but they were not aimed at Damian, instead, they were struck his sides , preventing him from escaping to the sides while Mr. Blade approached quickly.
The move left many stunned since they never considered Mr.Blade as the type to plan during a fight. They expected him to focus on chasing Damian like the brainless beast that he is but then Alex noticed his eyes glowing!
