147 Chapter 147: Blood Demon
“Cute” Alex remained unshaken when the two tiger threat level enemies attacked.
He gently leaped off the crystal Boulder and kicked it towards the vines like a football, sending it flying towards the enemy meanwhile, he was bombarded by the wind shockwaves from behind but none could penetrate his skin. Alex stood there and watched as the attack made his hair flutter fiercely.
Meanwhile, with the crystal Boulder heading towards it, the vines stopped attacking Alex and quickly wrapped themselves around the purple Boulder but it was met with the remaining two tiger threat beasts below.
The two beasts sprang into action, racing towards the boulder wrapped with vines while testing their way through the enemy’s defensive lines. Leaving behind only Alex and the bird in mid-air.

“Your friends are gone now... no one can save you” Alex said casually as he stretched his hand forward and a powerful suction force erupted from it, pulling the massive bird in

“I guess I will have to improve my proficiency with my gravity manipulation... it is yet to reach the level where it can be used directly on tiger threat level beasts” Alex said thoughtfully before stopping his original actions and shooting toward the bird with his bare hands!

The bird seemed enraged by the guts of this human and quickly it retreated while flapping its wings. Its feathers began falling off as slowly as a whole bunch of feathers filled the sky but they weren’t falling!

Feathers surged around him like a storm blocking his vision while pinning him in that position!
Killing the bird was just secondary! Alex let go of the purple crystal Boulder since he believed he would quickly dispatch this beast but he realized how wrong he was and quickly tried to fix his mistakes.

Alex threw casually punches but strangely they couldn’t break the encirclement. The feathers were like blades, slashing at Alex from various sides at various times but none could penetrate his bare skin.
“Did I really underestimate the power of a tiger threat mutant beast? I expected to be able to breeze through them but this is not what I expected to see” Alex muttered as he accumulated the power of five breaths and his fists were engulfed in blood red aura.
Alex stood and prepared to strike but then the feather sphere around him broke open and he saw the vines racing toward him and the two of the other mutant beasts charging toward him as well!
“This!” Alex gasped with a frown as his fists struck forward without hesitation, letting out all the power stored at once!

A loud explosion erupted and Alex was sent crashing back without hesitation! He spat out a mouthful of blood and from the corner of his eyes, he could see all four tiger threat level beings cooperating as they charged toward him.
They chose to get rid of me first... Amusing!” Alex muttered as his body levitated off the ground and he stood gallantly without any intentions of fleeing!
His eyes turned white as everything around him began floating including the enemies! They seemed to lose control over their body while floating loosely. The only one who could control its body properly even in this condition was the bird as it raced towards Alex with killing intentions blazing in its eyes. It seemed unaware of the predicament of the rest!

It slammed into Alex with its massive beak creating a shockwave as Alex retreated close to fifty meters but even then he showed no emotion! His hands were outstretched, holding off the beak of the massive bird and he wore a dull look on his face.

“These beasts are not particularly stronger than me... but they are just strong enough to prevent me from killing them effortlessly... if something should happen and I get surrounded by a horde I will most likely end up dead” Alex said calmly. He seemed displeased by their fact.
