Davis wondered if the Starlight Jade Wolf King personally came and announced such a thing to the world's major powers. If so, he felt like he could consider the alliance more sincerely.

It made sense because he didn't tell them when he was arriving at the First Haven World. Or so he thought but noticing the Blue Luan Immortal staring into his eyes with her crystal blue pupils that shone through her veil, his fingers shook ever so lightly.
"Supposedly, the so-called Emperor of Death has a wife who has voluptuous assets. She wears purple like him, possesses purplish-green hair, and appears to have a sexy face that seduces the will out of men."
However, the Blue Luan Immortal took her eyes off Davis and raised her hand, stretching out towards Evelynn.
It caused Evelynn to stiffen. The hand was almost upon her body when another hand captured the Blue Luan Immortal's wrist, causing the Blue Luan Immortal to gaze at Davis.
"My wife is rather reserved," Davis uttered as he unbudgingly stared at the Blue Luan Immortal.
However, the Blue Luan Immortal directly ignored him and gazed at Evelynn, looking at the wisps of dark energy oozing out of her body.
"Darkness Laws…? A spirit fey? I suppose you're not the Emperor of Death's first wife."
"Of course not. I'm Feng Chu, and this is my wife, Daisy."

Davis angrily replied, causing both Evelynn and the Blue Luan Immortal to turn speechless at him.
The Blue Luan Immortal hesitated before she slapped Davis's hand gracefully from clasping onto her wrist.
"I found it extremely suspicious two mortals dare to venture out when the situation is no longer the same in the First Haven World anymore, especially since the Vacuous Beasts are still out there. But now I understand. Your grip is firm enough to be measured at the immortal level, and you don't have the Earth Dragon's aura on your body despite using Earth Laws. Moreover, you're willing to offend me to protect your woman."
"We have only each other left, so how can I not lay my life on the line?"

"Then, if you spot that Emperor of Death, send him a message that the Aurora Cloud Gate sent him an invitation. Whether he chooses to accept it or not is his headache, but my mission hasn't even started if he doesn't ascend. I'll be returning to my sect since this isn't going anywhere, wasting my time."

But still, you'll make a reasonable substitute that would make the Azure Cloud Gate nod in satisfaction."

Moreover, she had heard that the Emperor of Death and the rumored Hex Demoness would die for each other, but this relationship seemed like they were still wet behind the ears. The guy seemed to be a brute yet resilient, while the woman had a dark presence yet had a soft side to her.
She couldn't understand what was happening, wondering if she had truly guessed wrong.
