Although Felarial regressed to Tier-4, his Soul was still that of a Tier-7 life form. Because of that, Jay couldn't see through his thoughts with his current Stage-3 <Soul Mastery>.
Still, from the initial confusion on Felarial's face, Jay was able to see that the other party's prying act was not to offend him but to find how strong he was.
Jay still walked away in between the conversation despite being aware of that. Not because he was too aggrieved by Felariel's actions but because he didn't intend to take up the offer and join the Red Elven Empire or any Hegemony for that matter.

Before long, the 11 Earth's Alpha Chosen found their way to their allotted Rest House, a three-storey building, with each storey as large as a basketball court.
Despite the lack of any luxuries in there, a soothing sensation hit them all upon entering that building.
Jay then called out to Baby MJ, "Brief them on the information pertaining to the Exchange Market."

Baby MJ then began to explain in great detail as the others listened attentively.

Besides that, if someone was lucky enough to obtain it, who in the right mind would be willing to trade such a life-saving treasure.
