Raydon searched his mind for a potential cause but came up empty-handed. The seller from whom he purchased the "Ashen Heart" claimed it was an inheritance item, but it was still a white-grade body enchantment, and it didn't appear to be as powerful as a blue-grade body enchantment.

'Well, whatever. I'm still not knowledgeable enough about body enchantments. I'll look through it later.' He decided it was pointless to dwell on the issue at hand and ate the meat he had been cooking with the Flame Burst skill.

''Oh, you have a body enchantment associated with death as well, huh? It is a good idea to cook with these fires and increase the death element,'' Fehim said with approval.

'What? So, since my body enchantment is death-type, I can only eat mob meat with a death-type? God, this is getting complicated. ' Raydon's confusion increased as he gained more knowledge. Additionally, the meats he consumed previously were of the water-type, and by eating them, he was able to control his hunger.

'Is it because I used my flames to grill them? ' The only explanation Raydon could come up with was that it was probably the reason.

''Do you want me to grill yours as well? '' He asked Fehim to thank him for providing him with so much information.

''No, no. My meat is going to stink. I don't want. '' Fehim made a disgusted face and quickly hid the raw meat in his hand. The odor of Raydon and his fire disgusted him greatly.

''I prefer to eat my meat raw anyway. '' He said this as he began to devour the meat.

After eating 2 kilograms of meat, Raydon realized he was completely full and asked. ''Hey, what's the rank of this meat?'''

''It's an F-Rank. '' Fehim pulled another piece of meat from his dimensional storage and started munching on it once more. Raydon noted that with this, he consumed 8 kilos of meat.

'F-Rank? It's probably because this is death-type that I got full so quickly. ' He pondered.

The F-Rank meat he had obtained from his previous match required him to consume kilograms of meat each day to fill him up. He was probably able to eat them and satisfy his hunger because he was cooking with his flame. When he ate real death-type meat, he got the energy he needed faster.

'It appears that there are still far too many things in this world for me to learn.' Raydon sighed, but the thought excited him at the same time. Knowing there was more to discover heightened his sense of adventure.

''All right, if you're ready, we should get started. We still don't know how many stages are left,'' Raydon said as he stood up. Fehim's mana must have been restored after the twenty minutes of rest.

Fehim nodded and stood up, and then the two of them cautiously advanced from the tomb's entrance to the next stage while carrying their weapons.

When they started walking again, they believed that after moving a few meters, like in previous stages, they would be able to see what the next stage was about. However, this time, even after walking for a few tens of meters, they were unable to see anything other than the fog.

"What's going on? Why is there nothing?'' Fehim asked, his tension rising as he moved forward.

Raydon replied, "I don't know. ''

''I sense that something extremely dangerous is approaching. What is this? '' Raydon wondered. He had the uneasy feeling that something powerful enough to threaten their lives was watching them from the fog.

''Watch out. I feel like this stage will not be as easy as previous ones,'' warned Raydon.

His instincts, which he had honed through years of playing games, had never failed him, and he knew he could not be mistaken now.

Hearing Raydon's warning, Fehim became even more anxious and assumed a defensive stance with his large axe in hand. The fact that he said this stage would not be as easy as previous ones made him feel even more uneasy, as he did not believe previous stages had been easy in the slightest.

''Are you sure? I still can't see anything. ''

''Ughhh''

Fehim had been walking for some time and still couldn't see anything; he decided to check with Raydon, but just as he was about to do so, a metal barbed ball attached to the end of the chain came quickly, striking him in the stomach and sending him flying back several meters.

"What the hell was that?" When Raydon observed that Fehim's body had been flung several meters by the attack, he cursed and turned his attention to where the chain had vanished into the mist.

"Hey, if you're still conscious, get up right away. '' He said to Fehim, without taking his gaze off of whatever was emerging from the mist.

''I think this fight will be very difficult. '' Raydon remarked as he saw the zombie approaching out of the mist while decked out in a suit of heavy, all-black body armor.

The zombie had covered its entire head with a black helmet, revealing only the mouth area and blood-red glowing eyes. And as Raydon stared into the crimson orbs that emerged slowly from the mist, he knew that this foe was the most formidable he had ever faced.

"I'm good." Fehim sprung to his feet in a hurry, ran back to Raydon, and said.

''He looks hella strong.'' Fehim also stated that by entering combat mode, he must have felt the power of the enemy. The wounds caused by the barbed ball that had just struck his stomach had already begun to heal, but he was healing more slowly than usual.

''He is not the only creature whose presence I feel. '' Raydon shifted his focus away from the zombie soldier and peered into the fog surrounding him, but he found nothing.

Raydon questioned, "Can you handle him?"

Fehim turned on his green body armor and said, "Yeah, I think."

He, too, had doubts, but Raydon's words had convinced him that the zombie in front of them was not their only threat.
