Feng Wu raised her hands, threatening to do the same to the others.
Magic Vine Beasts were intelligent beasts, and they immediately lowered their heads when Feng Wu threatened them.
The team members didn’t know what to say.
Why did these Magic Vine Beasts remind them of monkeys in a circus?
After being disciplined, the beasts obediently walked up to Feng Wu and crouched down in a circle around her.
Feng Wu handed the vines to Shao Xiao. “They’re all yours.”

The beasts severed the vines from their bodies and bolted.
They had abandoned the vines.
They had to leave the vines behind to stay alive.

The others were equally shocked and shouted, “Watch out! Get them!”

They were once more amazed by Feng Wu.
“Ground Control!”
Feng Wu activated that stance.
All the beasts were frozen on the spot. They weren’t going anywhere.
“Die!”
Seeing this, Shao Xiao gave the command.
The others knew that this was going to be their only chance.
Shao Xiao, Ling Hao, and even Ye Han started attacking the beasts.
The Class A Magic Vine Beasts had much thicker skin that was hard to cut through. The students had no choice but to keep chopping.
Luckily, Feng Wu had trapped these beasts in place. Otherwise, they would never be able to break through their defense.
“Phew —”
By the time they cut through the skin, five minutes had passed.
They dug out the crystal cores of all twelve beasts.
Shao Xiao let out a breath of relief and told Feng Wu, “Thank you, Feng Wu! You’re the hero of the day!”
Ye Han was so jealous that she thought she was going to lose her mind. “Big deal. It’s just Ground Control.”
“Ye Han!” Wang Zhi scolded her.

Feng Wu had controlled a dozen Magic Vine Beasts on her own, which was even more difficult to do than killing them! It was impossible to know how capable she was!

Ling Hao was thrilled after killing two beasts. He was about to show off to Feng Wu, when he felt the pain on his face.

“My chest hurts a lot, too!”
His words seemed contagious.
The others put their hands on their chests and cried out in pain as well.
“My chest hurts, too! What’s going on?”
“It’s the Magic Vine Beasts! Have you forgotten? Their juice is poisonous!”
“It’s so itchy, too!”
“Stop it! You’re only making it worse!”
“Help! Help!”
Everyone rolled around on the ground from the pain and the itchiness.
