Something more than a year later, Feisuo Plane, Miracle City
After more than one year, all work that needed to be done on the Feisuo Plane was already finished. With the deployment of all workers forces of the Chthonian Empire, part of the Mech Army and 4th Army Imperial Sentinels, all resources were mined, and all extraordinary lifeforms were transported back to the Baator together with rare plants and trees.
High-ranking planes such as Feisuo Plane had a staggering amount of resources, enough to construct several new fleets and expand the mech army several times. Unfortunately, in terms of precious herbs and rare extraordinary lifeforms, the Feisuo Plane was poor, like many other planes controlled by Gods.
Usually, when Gods took control of some plane, one of the first things they would do was exterminate all strong extraordinary lifeforms and rare herbs, plants, and trees. It was done for a reason to prevent the local population from getting powerful.
For example, if this was any other Grade 2 Plane, it would be full of very strong monsters, extraordinary lifeforms that reached even Dimensional-Class Level Monsters could be found there, and it would be full of very precious herbs and plants would be everywhere.
Still, the loot in the form of ores and metals was crucial for the industrial development of the Chthonian Empire, as we needed many more than what we had just obtained, as everything required precious metals and ores. We needed to construct new Fleets, Mechs, and other things.
Right now, all forces of the Chthonian Empire were already leaving the Feisuo Plane back to the Baator while I was going to activate the ritual, which will refine the Planaar Core of the Feisuo Plane to evolve the Baator.
The entire Feisuo Plane, plus what has remained here, mainly mortals whom we just ignored and let them be, would be used as a sacrifice to expand and strengthen the first Eight Layers of the Baator. I hoped that the first Eight Layers would be grown exponentially and the overall strength of the Baator Plane would be raised to a new level.
Of course, I knew that it would be impossible for Baator to reach Grade 1 Plane, but with some luck, it would reach the Primary Grade 2 Plane, which was already capable of holding Tier 11 existences like Lord-Class or Warlock Emperors.
"Is everything prepared?"
I asked Hela, who was standing beside me as she was responsible for the evacuation of all military and civilian personnel, including all equipment and mechs from the Feisuo Plane.
"Yes, everyone has been evacuated, and all equipment has been transported back to the Baator. Planar Refinement Towers have been built around the planar core and are functioning as expected. Stabilizers are also in place. The refinement could start."
Stated Hela as I nodded and signaled Hela that I was about to start the procedure.
After several centuries, Chthonian Empire was very proficient in refining planar cores. In the past, we used a purely arcane way of mysticism to refine the planar cores of conquered planes; nowadays, the core method remains the same, only with some additions.
Now we used Planar Refinement Towers alongside the previously used mysticism ritual, which was also upgraded for the best output. These Planar Refinenemnt Towers could refine the planar core more precisely, and energy leaks were precisely 0% thanks to them. Meaning nothing was lost during the refinement process.
Stabilizers prevent an overwhelming amount of energy from going berserk, as that could easily happen during the refinement of planar cores, especially during the refinement of high-ranking planes.
Another thing that eased up the transportation of the energy was a specially constructed Planar Elevator, from through the energy was mined, refined, and transported back to the Baator safely, quickly, and without any leaks.
I swiftly activated the refinement spell formation that was inscribed around the Planar Core and activated all arcanotech devices and started the refining procedure.
Soon enough entire plane shook, as across the whole plane, countless arcanotech towers popped up from the ground, and several spell formations activated and started refining the Planar Core of the Feisuo Plane.
After several minutes of me controlling the core formation, the planar core started being refined and releasing an enormous amount of energy, as all of that energy was being extracted by countless Arcanotech Towers and was instantly transported by the Planar Elevator back to the Baator, where it was instantly absorbed by a planar core of the Baatorian Plane.
With each passing second, the energy output was increasing, and it was also noticeable on the Baator. The energy density on all Layers of the Baator was continuously growing. More importantly, as slowly as the Feisuo Plane crumbled away, all Layers of the Baator were expanding at slow speed, at least for now.
I controlled the spell formation with precision as I continued refining the planar core of the Feisuo Plane with relative ease, mainly because of my previous experiences with this and other preparations that were prepared.
After several hours entire process of the planar refinement was finished, which ended with Feisuo Plane being destroyed completely.
At the same time, when the refinement process was finished, the entire Baator started shaking violently as the evolution started.
