"Around a month, 45 days tops." Compass Carburettor knotted his brows, thinking, "That's the time of preparation I can obtain before my second face off against them."

He was unsure as to how many Systems would be sent after Rhizen this time. Moreover, there was one difference in the upcoming second battle. It was the fact that the Systems would be prepared against him.

Even though he hadn't left any traces the previous time, the Directional Misalignment System had been killed. Had Neena died naturally, it would have recondensed by now and returned to the System World or taken root within another human.

In that case, it would have established communication with the rest of the Systems by now. But, it hadn't done that. And, since the Coincidental Luck System had no plans on absorbing this ability that would only injure itself, there was only one conclusion.

The Directional Misalignment System had been killed and refined by a System Slayer. So, now that they have been alerted, Compass Carburettor would have to be extra careful. With the element of surprise now removed, the moment he appeared in Rhizen's vicinity, there was a good chance the Systems would lock onto his presence.

Moreover, since he also killed the Remembrance System, they would be aware of his whereabouts or at least his general direction of travel.

The Remembrance System too was a part of the group. Since this world was the private property of the Coincidental Luck System, no other System would dare enter it in fear of offending it.

So, all the Systems that had entered it were supported by the Systems part of the Luck Genre. Of course, the benefits of arriving here and impeding Rhizen were enough for them to risk their lives.

With them being boosted by luck, their journey in other worlds would be really pleasant or even smooth sailing.

Moreover, for those that had done an exceptional job, they were even granted a skill related to Luck, something that rarely appeared in the Astral Network. So, it was definite that they would work in hindering the Coincidental Luck System.

With two Systems killed on the same day, it alerted everyone. So, preparations would be made to ensure the rest of the Systems wouldn't suffer the same fate. After all, every System that arrived in the world to hinder the Coincidental Luck System were only Hatchling Systems.

No other System wished to court death as they had enough foundations to survive on their own.

'But, even if they are Hatchling Systems, I cannot be careless. Probably the Remembrance System would be my sole easy kill.' Sighing in response, Compass Carburettor gazed from the balcony, munching on some food as he watched smoke billowing from many houses.

During the previous night, a family of four committed suicide, unable to endure living in such a dangerous world where they were harassed by the ants and the mosquitoes, not to mention the Grassmen that would barge into their houses to turn them into Grassmen too.

So, the man of the house had taken out the gas cylinder and left it open. And, he allowed the gas to leak out as far as possible, finally creating a spark to set off a massive explosion, destroying more than a couple of villas.

It was a high-profiled suicide, preventing no mysterious means from taking advantage of their corpses. They were pretty resolute.

At present, guarding Grisha took his priority. So, he didn't move in to save anyone. After all, the ground floor of his house had been turned into an ant nest. He was creating his private expendable army in preparation against the Systems.

And, what best way to do so than taking advantage of the ants?

As the queen was under his control, as long as it gave commands, the rest of the nest she creates would follow her orders. And, thanks to their hive mentality, they would never doubt her orders and execute them flawlessly, perfect for him.

'It has been two days already, but Grisha hasn't woken up yet.' He sighed in worry, feeling that the effect of Remembrance was beyond what he had expected. A normal human brain wouldn't be able to withstand the surge of memories.

"Thankfully, she has a healing ability." He muttered, gently opening her mouth to drop in a pearl, watching her wand appear automatically, unleashing a gentle energy.

The healing energy enveloped her, vanishing once all the energy was expended. This was another thing with the power system at the place. As the energy from the pearl circulated in her body, it became a burden.

An outlet was necessary. And, since the wand existed, after some time, the energy flowed out through it naturally, healing her. If it hadn't been summoned before, then it would be summoned now for the outlet to take place.

The same thing would happen with anyone as the excess energy would be automatically used by the items they possessed to prevent damage from being done to the body.

"Now that I think about it, this power system has pretty realistic derivations. Indeed, a proper society could be established using it," He muttered, sighing, "If only it wasn't so weak."

It was because even if he used permanence and retained all the abilities he obtained in this world, it wasn't as useful in other worlds. After all, he wouldn't be having any pearls to activate them. Using them with Darlac wasn't worth it because the efficiency wasn't great.

Moreover, once he attained Transcendence, the amount of power he could exhibit with Darlac would grandly surpass this power system.

After all, he had the Warble, meaning, he would be able to design and obtain the energy blade variation he wished to have as a Warrior and a Puppeteer. Moreover, he would also be able to fuse both paths to obtain even greater power.

That was why he wasn't as interested in this power system, only wishing to gain them as a mode of convenience until he attained Transcendence.

"Still, these pearls are pretty useful in that regard," He smiled, gazing at the Grassmen on his lawn, waving his hand at it, "I can feel my Darlac improving by one unit with every pearl I consume. With this, I would be able to reach my peak as a Haggon eventually."

"Anyway, a Haggon needs to eat a lot.. So…" He laughed.
