Chu Yunfan looked at his teammates. They were in dangerous situations. All of them had to face a siege from sand pirates ten times their numbers. Moreover, these sand pirates had the help of Acquired Stage experts. His teammates were barely holding up.
Sha Peng and the others tried to gather together and form a defensive circle, but these sand pirates were people with rich killing experience. They instantly saw through their plan and proceeded to nail them firmly to the ground. At this rate, it was only a matter of time before they were annihilated.
Chu Yunfan did not have much time left. He stopped hesitating and released the four-fold gravity of his weighted suit. The True Energy in his body exploded outward. It was like a wild tide that had been suppressed for a long time finally exploding out.

“How is this possible?! You’re only at the second level of the Acquired Stage. How do you possess such strength?!”
Gu Lang finally understood that Chu Yunfan’s earlier words were not a joke or a brag. On the contrary, he had told the truth.
Chu Yunfan had hidden his full strength. The earlier battle was indeed just a warm-up.

Chu Yunfan narrowed his eyes. He knew that Gu Lang had released a signal flare to summon someone from the Monster Cult. It was very likely to be an expert. Looking at Gu Lang’s confident appearance, that person should be somewhere nearby.
“Looks like I’ve run out of time. I have to kill you now,” Chu Yunfan said coldly.
After making up his mind, Chu Yunfan did not hold back any longer. He charged and instantly appeared in front of Gu Lang as if he had teleported.

The Ju Que in Chu Yunfan’s hand struck out and chopped down. It was fast, swift, and carried a terrifying force that was powerful and heavy. It barrelled down toward Gu Lang.

Gu Lang barely had time to block. The terrifying force that surged through his spear told him how terrifying this attack was. The spear in his hand was almost sent flying.
‘I can’t lose my weapon or I’ll be dead for sure!’ Gu Lang thought to himself. He understood that if his spear was sent flying and he did not have any weapon to block Chu Yunfan’s Ju Que, then Chu Yunfan would only need to take advantage of the opportunity to strike and he would be done for.
After thinking of this, the muscles on Gu Lang’s arm bulged. His arm was already about the thickness of an ordinary person’s thigh, but now, it had expanded by at least another one-third.
This was the only way Gu Lang could block Chu Yunfan’s slash. Gu Lang dug his heels firmly into the ground, but he was still forced to retreat. His legs did not move, but he still slid backward. Two huge deep grooves were left on the ground by his feet.

Then, without a single ounce of drop in momentum, Chu Yunfan’s sword slashed toward Gu Lang. Gu Lang no longer had any strength to dodge. He was cut into two on the spot and fell to the ground.
There was still a look of disbelief in Gu Lang’s eyes. He never thought he would die at the hands of a freshman.
