After Reylin woke up in the bed alone, he strutted his way toward the bathroom. He was pretty sleepy and didn't care about anyone. It was his house. Why would he?
But as he entered the bathroom, he noticed a woman with nothing but lingerie on, brushing her teeth while humming.
Both their eyes met.
"Morning, Rey," said Zuzanna, who didn't give a crap about her nude body.
"Morning, Zuza."
Reylin's eyes ran up and down naturally. He stood up next to her and extended his hand for his electronic toothbrush!
In a way, Reylin fit the scene as he was shirtless and stood just in his briefs.
"So, what do you do for a living?" Reylin asked.
Zuzanna spat, then laughed, "I work in a small shop as a cashier now. I needed to do something other than gaming as it took too much of my time."
"Hmm," Reylin replied, with his eyes still rippling with sleepiness.
He considered turning the gaming world into his job. That was a thought he had before things developed in a wrong way.
It was the wrong way as the whole world was shrouded in darkness.
It would be quite an excellent development in any other game as Reylin would be able to start manufacturing his scrolls and utilize his Flame Artist Class for high income. Alas, when residents could be real people, too, Reylin didn't want to play around too much.
He spat and added, "You should've made some nice sum from the events happening in the Faynom World, though."
"I want to spend all game money on my equipment! That's right! Make an epic set for me, Rey! Or boost it! Yeah! Please!"
Zuzanna's hands extended toward Reylin's bare shoulder, and she shook him a few times while begging for some items.
That was when Maya entered the bathroom, and her eyes widened.
Her cute baby face lit up in scarlet flames, and she stared at them with quivering lips, "Y-You can't take a break!"
She wore Aria's shirt, which was too big on her! That was her pajamas for that night! The same went for Zuzanna and Karin.
Alas, Steel Melody threw those clothes away during sleep!
She was... natural!
"What?" Reylin and Zuzanna asked in tandem.
"I don't care anymore!" As if a new wave of confidence bloomed within the hero's heart, she stepped into the bathroom and took a spot next to Reylin.
She grabbed a toothbrush and brushed her teeth without looking into the mirror!
In fact, Maya's eyes closed as she didn't want to peek at Reylin from the side!
That was an adorable sight that brought smiles from Reylin and Zuzanna.
They left the hero alone, then the rest went through the morning routine.
Since they woke up quite later than usual, and no one really had the will to make breakfast, Reylin ordered some food.
"Christmas is coming! How do you spend Christmas?" Maya asked with twinkling eyes.
Those were directed at Reylin as Maya believed the Christmas Party for the Crown Family was much different compared to hers.
She wanted to know the difference!
Reylin didn't really attend those, but he knew more or less, "All personnel usually bring their families to our house. And we just have a big party, I guess?"
Maya's eyes shimmered, "You must have a castle as the main house, right?!"
"Can't you actually search for it on the net?" Zuzanna chimed in from the side.
She was on the spot.
The Crown's House was indeed on the net.
Holding her phone, Maya looked around the photos with Karin and Zuzanna peeking from each side.
That was indeed a palace, even though Reylin didn't consider it as such.
"Don't you need people to take care of such a big party?" Karin asked.
Reylin said, "People chose to work during Christmas as the pay is 2 times more. They swap every year, so our staff has their own schedule ready for the Christmas Party."
"Oh! That's nice," The hero said while holding onto the phone.
The game world seemed to be stabilized, at least in Reylin's area.
They conquered the province and conquered two allies and their land! They just needed to focus on more manageable things, such as alchemy, blacksmiths, and other craftings classes.
The most challenging task would be defending the borders.
"It seems like Christmas might be the day dark matter people will attack or do something significant," Reylin inferred.
Aria sighed, "We have players who don't care about Christmas, but I fear this won't be enough should dark matter or any other kingdom go all out. The Faynom World doesn't have any holiday in December, and they also aren't in a mood for any festivals."
"Either way, we don't have to care about it. We will just clean up after taking a break and spending time with our families," Reylin replied.
Those words brought a broad smile from Aria as she knew about Reylin's mother's wish well. Of course, everyone else also smiled at him and prepared to spend the remainder of the day together before parting their ways in the evening.
Sebastian was ready to bring everyone back to their houses!
"But why the Blue Rose Kingdom hasn't attacked with all their forces yet?" Steel Melody asked during one of their games.
Reylin was the one to deal with her, "Because I am here."
"Oh, Mr. Boyfriend is so cool," Zuzanna whistled in Reylin's way, making everyone laugh around them.
Reylin explained with his eye twitching, "Other kingdoms spent more resources against players. They don't want the Blue Rose Kingdom to lose too much, and I guess that Zamram wants to polish his abilities through small contests such as province takeover.
Anyway, they can't spend too much on us... And maybe Princess Rose has started regretting her decisions," Reylin snickered as he remembered the blonde woman and her eyes!
"Oh, well. Whatever it is, we are going to fuck them up! Just boost my armor, and you will have the best frontline, Rey!" Steel Melody elbowed her friend, beseeching for good times once again.
