Qin Qin saw that he really did not look vicious and relaxed quite a bit however, she did not get close to him like Sima You Yue did. She stared at the big fellow for a long while, saying, “Why do I feel like this underworld beast looks very ancient?”
After she said this, Sima You Yue felt like she could sense a bit of that as well. She watched the underworld beast carefully and suddenly felt like he was rather familiar. However, she could not put a finger on where she had seen him before.
“What are you thinking?” Qin Qin asked when she saw her zoning out.
“I feel like I’ve seen it before, but I can’t figure out where.” Sima You Yue said.
“Could it have been from an ancient text?” Qin Qin guessed, “For an underworld beast as ancient as this, you could only have seen it from there. It’s not like you could have seen it in real life.”
“Real life?” A scene flashed through Sima You Yue’s memory and she recalled where she had met it before.
She smiled as she patted the underworld beasts’ head, “So it turns out that you came from there as well.”

The last time she had come down here, she had encountered half of those underworld beasts. Right now, there was double that. She did not have the strength nor confidence that she would be able to defeat them.
“I said that I would protect you. Of course I wouldn’t leave you outside all alone.” Sima You Yue said.
Qin Qin was rather moved. She thought that she was just messing around when she said that.
“The Divine Medicine is over there!”
On the top of a stone wall, the Teleost grew out of a crack in the middle. The branches, leaves and flower were swaying gracefully in the water.
“I’ll go over and pick it.” Sima You Yue swam over and carefully plucked the entire divine medicine. Then, she kept it in her Spirit Pagoda. Little Spirit picked the flower from the divine medicine and then planted the stolon into the chaos river.

She saw the underworld beasts rampaging outside and said to the big fellow, “Send us out, then come with us. Alright?”
