A fiery red sports car made it's way in the airport and in front of the two devils.
The people couldn't help but whisper to each other. Those two are definitely not simple, ah!
That sports car is the latest model from Vermillion Bird, a car company that belongs to the White Phoenix Empire.
Ethan admits that the car was beautiful. As a man, why wouldn't he love them?
However, he doesn't like the driver of the beautiful car. A tall, handsome man came out the car gracefully.
He wore a simple black shirt, that fitted his slender figure, and white pants.
He flashed a smile out as soon as his eyes met Lillie's.
"Sweetheart!" He waved his hand happily at her.
Sweetheart?!
"Haruka, good to see you." Lillie said.
"Jeez, is that how you greet your boyfriend? Not even a little bit of smile and a hug?" He pouted.

"You're not my boyfriend, Haruka. Don't blurt things like that so casually in the future, it might cause misunderstandings." Lillie sternly scolded. Haruka shrugged and playfully stuck his tongue out.
Haruka shivered when he felt an intense killing intent going to his way. He noticed Ethan, whom was glaring venomously at him. If looks could kill, he'll be dead by now.
Haruka awkwardly scratched the back of his neck.
"So, you must be Lillie's 'acquaintance'?" Haruka grinned, he had a strange feeling of wanting to tease this man so he evidently emphasized the word "acquaintance".
He already knew that this man is no acquaintance, if he is, Lillie would not even give him a second look.
"Ethan." He gritted his teeth. The audacity of this man! Does he not see his connection to Lillie just by looking at them?
"Here, I'll help you with your stuff." He sweetly said to Lillie and was about to get the luggage when a hand quickly snatched it from Lillie's grip.
Lillie was surprised at the sudden force, she almost fell because her hand was locked with the handle. Fortunately, Ethan was fast and held her in his arm and protectively secured her.
"That won't be necessary." He growled at him. He didn't like anyone touch even just a little skin of his wife.
Haruka slyly put his hands in the air like a perpetrator being caught red handed by a ferocious police officer.
"Gomen, gomen." [1] He chuckled.
"Don't even think just for a second that you can touch a single hair out of my wife!" Haruka's eyes widen before bursting in laughter.
"Ah, kami-sama! [2] This is priceless! You're married?!" Haruka laughed his ass off, causing some people to look at him weirdly.
Noticing the strange looks, Haruka quiet down but still his body shook because of laughter.
Lillie's eyes were cold and her face darkens. She gave Ethan a glare then to Haruka.
"He's not my husband. He's the man my family arranged for me to marry." She coldly replied, releasing herself from Ethan's grip.
Is saying 'fiancee' or even 'future husband' so hard for you to say? Ethan was slightly sad.
"Why the complex word? Can't you simply say fiancee?" See, even this guy agreed!
Haruka was greatly amused. Lillie had been his friend for years so he knew how her personality words. And if he guessed, this man is probably The Ethan Li.
Oh goodness, truly priceless! Lillie's proclaimed 'enemy' and 'rival' is her husband-to-be. The gods must be having a good laugh too.
"I believe we start off on the wrong foot. To firstly reassure you, I'm not Lillie's 'rumored' lover. I'm just her bestie!" Haruka brightly said.
Ethan was not convinced, his arms were crossed and the glare is still present.
Haruka sighed. "My full name is Fujikawa Haruka, I'm female, just to let you know."
