Although the two female classmates hated it, their form was slowly improving.

When the instructor came back, he saw the three girls training under the scorching sun. Gu Siyi explained it this way, because these two girls practiced particularly badly and affected the entire team, so they were singled out for special training.

The three of them were sweaty, and the sweat on their foreheads and cheeks was showing, and the instructor encouraged them with a few words before letting them return to the team.

At the end of the day’s training, the instructor gave an order to disband the team. Everyone dragged their tired bodies and scattered.

Gu Siyi drank more of the mineral water and walked slowly towards the cafeteria. Xu Lin had clarified what she said, and naturally, she would no longer talk to them and eat with them.

Occasionally, their eyes met and staggered slightly, but nothing more. Although Gu Siyi felt free and unburdened, Xu Lin felt very awkward.

“Hi, Gu Siyi, are you going to eat in the cafeteria?” Gu Siyi stopped and looked at the two girls who approached. They were classmates Xiang Li and Zhang Xinyi, and the other dormitory came from another school like her.

“Sure.” She nodded.

“Let’s go together.”

“Okay.” Gu Siyi readily agreed. Teenage girls like to go to the toilet hand in hand. Naturally, Gu Siyi was very happy when someone was eating together with her.

But she was a little worried because of what Xu Lin said. During mealtime, she exchanged phone numbers with her two classmates and said, “Xu Na, as you know and the senior girls don’t like me. She might trouble my friends. If you have an issue with them, don’t be afraid to call me immediately.”

The two girls were flattered and nodded repeatedly, sincerely thinking that this girl was really brave.

Xiang Li hurriedly said, “Gu Siyi, I will support you to the end.”

Zhang Xinyi was moved a little bit angrier, “Us students from other schools must be united so as not to be bullied by their internal evil forces.”

Gu Siyi snorted and laughed, “It’s not so exaggerated, some students in the department are not bad.” For example, Xia Zhijun and his friends.

They continued on that way before waving off each other and heading their separate ways.

Before going to bed that night, Gu Siyi put her phone right beside her bedside pillow and set three alarm clocks in a row.

The next day, when the phone alarm rang out, Gu Siyi was forced to wake up from her sleep. Dazedly, she picked up the phone and took a look. It wasn’t six o’clock, six-thirty to gather for a morning run, it was too early.

She turned off the alarm clock, tilted her head, and fell asleep in seconds. After a while, the phone rang once more. This time, Gu Siyi slid open the phone, closed her eyes, and put it to her ear, muttering with deep sleepiness.

“Who…?”

The milky tone was soft and waxy, with the unhappiness and grievance at being awakened.

A few minutes earlier, a few boys came out of their dormitory, Lu Jiaye said. “I don’t know if my sister is up, she’ll get punished by having to run a circle for missing military training.”

Then, he took out his cell phone and dialed Gu Siyi’s number. Before the call was connected, the cell phone was taken away by Xia Zhijun. Then, Xia Zhijun heard the sound coming from the other end as if a kitten with sharp claws was scratching its chest with a cushion.

He said indifferently…

“Gu Siyi if you don’t get up, you will be late.”

“… What?”

“What.”

Gu Siyi flicked out of her bed and sat up in an instant. Looking at the time again, it was only five past six o’clock, which was okay. Gu Siyi recovered, only to realize that it was … Xia Zhijun? She picked up the phone again, only to see it had been hung up.

With this trouble, Gu Siyi lost all sleep and got out of bed to wash up.

Her roommates were still fast asleep. She knocked on their bed frame and said. “There are only twenty minutes left.”

After Gu Siyi changed clothes and washed up, Xiang Li and Zhang Xinyi who lived in the other dormitories came over and knocked on her door. “Siyi, let’s go together.”

“Let’s go!” She exclaimed happily as she finished packing up.

Xu Lin watched the leaving figures intently. A trace of loneliness flashed in her eyes.
