The first game was announced with the rules being that the boys and girls were to be divided into two large circles inside and outside and two water bottles would be given, one to each circle, then the instructor would begin playing music and the bottles were to be passed around until the music paused, and whoever was left with the bottle would have to accept punishment from the instructor.
Since the boys and girls were divided into different circles, there would always be one boy and one girl with a bottle at the end. The boys’ punishment was to do push-ups, while the girls had to sit on their backs. And the girls had to perform a talent show after they were done.
At the start of the tune, everyone was nervous and the bottles were passed around quickly. The first couple (couple being one girl and one boy) that were selected were in totally different weight classes with the boy being thin and the girl being a little heavier. As soon as the girl sat up, the man went straight on the ground, begging for mercy with a bitter face, everyone burst into laughter.
Gu Siyi smiled at the unfolding scene, she was glad it wasn’t her with the bottle, otherwise, it would have been very embarrassing, before she knew it the bottles were being passed around again so she quickly got into position.
When the bottle reached Gu Siyi’s hand, the music suddenly stopped and so did her heart, she looked around wearily and thought about which boy got the other bottle.
Girls stood in the inner circle while the boys stood in the outer circle, so boys could easily see who had the bottle in the inner circle.
When the bottle arrived in Lu Jiaye’s hand, he looked for the other bottle which happened to be in Gu Siyi’s hands. Jackpot!
This was a perfect opportunity for a bit of intimate contact with his sister. Lu Jiaye grinned and stretched his arms getting ready for the push-ups when the bottle was suddenly snatched from his hands.
Xia Zhijun, standing next to him, holding the bottle, walked out calmly.
