「Do you think we’ll have to drain it a couple more times?」
「I think so. The water is murkier than I thought it would be.」
Laura-san and I tried to fill the pool with water out of our hands but the water was still too muddy.
After all, there is still mud and sand in the water.

The fading sun and the large construction lights illuminate the gradually rising surface of water, creating a nice atmosphere.
The wind was blowing but it was even cooler to be near water.
I was thinking so deeply that I dozed off.
I woke up with my face wet from the water at the edge of the pool.

「Hahaha, you were sleeping comfortably.」

I looked where Laura-san pointed and saw a golden moon floating in the middle of the round pool.
I took off all my clothes and jumped into the pool just like that.
No one was around anyway and it was a secluded spot on a private property.
There’s no need to be shy.
The cool water felt good on my sweaty, just woken-up body.
I dove for the bottom of the center of the pool with a breaststroke.
The water illuminated by magic light is surprisingly dark. The silhouette of the moon on the surface of the water was nowhere to be found.
I look out of the water and search for Laura-san.
I only found her undressed clothes which were being blown by the wind by the poolside and some disturbance in the water.
Then, she pulled up from the water.
In the water, I saw a blonde goddess smiling at me.
We stepped out of the water and smiled at each other.
「It feels good.」
「That’s right. Isn’t it nice?」
「I was hoping to use it during the day.」
「Night’s fine too. Look, there’s only the moon aside from us.」
Laura-san, who pulls all her hair out to the back, points to the moon with her majestic eyebrows mischievously. I watched her for a while like that.
Doesn’t she look awesome with her wet looks?
I relaxed and floated in the pool while looking up at the sky.
There are few light sources in this world at night so I could see the sand grains like stars, spreading throughout the sky.
「Yeah, we have this night sky all to ourselves.」
「Ah, how extravagant.」
The moment I said that, a white dragon flew through the night sky at great speed, accompanied by a flash of light.
Laura-san and I both giggled and laughed.
Summer is about the pool alright.
Because of youth.
And since it’s a private pool, things are just the best.
This is a celebration to youth.
It’s night too.

Eventually, the water got so dirty that we had to fill it up again before leaving. By the time we got back, it was already slightly chilly.
I sneezed one more time, took a bath, changed my clothes, and went to bed.
After all, everything is better in moderation.

The swimsuits I bought from the clothing store were not very popular because of the plain design. It seems like some retired slaves had to tailor clothes to fashionably design the swimsuits.

It was so popular that the place looked like it was used to wash potatoes in the middle of the day….
By the middle of the week, the water was about halfway out.
In the end, they carried water manually to fill it up using human sea tactics…..
I think we should buy some kind of magic water jar or something where you only need to put a magic crystal and it will spill out water.
In any case, magic crystals are free in our family so it would be best in terms of cost.
Well, it’s already the middle of summer so let’s do that next year.

As a side note, I also decided to rent out the pool to my second brother once that summer after he heard about it somewhere.
He and his friend barbequed by the water, drank alcohol, and jumped into the pool with their clothes on. They nearly drowned to death.
