It's similar to the demon slayer world where Lorien can give himself immortality using his power but chooses to find and analyze demons as it is much more efficient and easy to mass produce.
But this doesn't matter much now as all Lorien needs to do is just give her a mall improvement to prove that this is actually real.
Moreover, Lorien will make this a 'contribution' sort of thing with him helping only those who contribute to the organization.
As for the nature of the contribution and how much is required? It is up to Lorien to decide such things.
Basically, all he has been doing since appearing was seducing those guys and showing them future prospects so they can work sincerely and give their all.

And by observing their reactions that varied from awe to shock, it seems that Lorien has already achieved his goal.

Observing her for a while and sensing her energy level, Lorien decided that this should be enough, and so, without further ado, he immediately stopped his ability causing the multicolored light surrounding the chains to disappear and at the same time allowing Sarrah to regain control over her ability.
But even as she did so, she didn't take the chains back she started observing them and looking for any change.
Gold; this is the new color that made its way onto the chains.
The previously pure scarlet-colored chains now had golden inscriptions all over them, and not only that as they appeared much more robust yet weirdly more elegant.
All in all, those chains had a complete transformation.
"Double! they are twice as strong! moreover, their sealing effect is much stronger now!" Exclaimed Sarrah feeling the changes in her technique as some information silently appeared in her mind.
"My strength has already reached the Special Grade level, It's just that I am lacking domain expansion now, but I feel that I am not that far off from getting it."
Saying this, her head then quickly turned toward Lorien as she then took a deep breath before speaking solemnly.
"Thank you! I owe you one..."
But after pausing for a moment and looking a couple more times at her cursed technique, she spoke again.
"No, it's more than that, If you need anything, please tell me and I'll try my best to achieve it!"
Seeing this, Lorien smiled lightly and nodded at her, he wasn't going to refuse her, after all, there was no need to act hypocritical.

Coughing lightly, Lorien's face then turned serious as he looked at the leader and said.
"Well, those are all the methods I can think of for now, so, tell me your answer!"
Following Lorien's words, the atmosphere install became silent as it took everyone here a while to react, but the moment they did, the leader immediately took a deep breath and responded.
"We agree!! We agree!!"
Saying this, he didn't stop there as he then stood up and gave Lorien a small bow before continuing.
"I apologize for our previous actions and for any misunderstandings that may have occurred!"
Seeing this, Lorien shook his head lightly and said.
"It's okay, it doesn't matter anyways, after all, we are now family."
Taken aback, the Leader looked at Lorien wide-eyed for a moment before responding with a laugh.
"Hhaahha, Yes we are!"

Seeing this, the atmosphere in the room instantly shifted as everyone visibly relaxed with smiles appearing on their faces.
But just as this happened, the short-haired special-grade sorcerer in the room suddenly spoke causing everyone to freeze, including Lorien.

Hearing this, the first to react wasn't Lorien but the leader who quickly turned his head toward her and spoke angrily.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING??!"
After all he saw, he now regards Lorien as their only hope if they ever want to truly defeat those cursed spirits, so his reaction is very understandable.
Of course, the girl also knew this so she immediately explained.
"This has nothing to do with the organization, this is my personal request as I want to try fighting someone stronger than me and to check my strength."
