Waking up Nezuko felt disoriented, after such a long time of sleep and her normal consciousness being suppressed this actually very light
After a moment of waking up, all the past memories instantly came back to her, it was as if dam water was being released
From the normal interaction before going to sleep with her family, to the appearance of the demon who tried to turn her family into demons with only her being a success while all of the other dieing
Then there was the appearance of Tanjiro, her almost killing him, the demon slayer, and then finally the last battle with a demon before she finally fell unconscious because of the lack of energy
With all of those memories back she started shaking as tears welled in her eyes, as she then started crying frantically
"AHHHHHH!!!!!"

Looking at the girl crying in front of him Lorien didn't know how to react, he wasnt used to seeing girls crying
But after thinking about he decided to leave it be, at least she could release some of the pent-up emotions in her
Anyone would feel the same as her after having their family suddenly slaughtered and then being forcefully turned into a demon
And frankly, Lorien didn't have the cheeks to go to her and say something along the lines of 'everything is okay' cause it isn't
So this release of emotions is very important and necessary
Thinking of this Lorien decided to just wait a bit until she calms down on her own

This later for approximately 15 minutes or so, only then did the noise quiet down, It appears that after crying for so long she was finally exhausted

Scratching her puffy eyes she finally decided to look around, looking at the small room lit by a lantern she could guess that she was currently where her brother is training
She remembers the demon slayer who sent her brother in this direction to train
After looking to her left for a while she then looked at the other side, but as soon as she turned she almost jumped away in shock
"Ahhh!!!"
Someone was actually sitting next to her all this time without her sensing his presence, even her heightened senses because of her becoming a demon were useless
Seeing this Lorien gave a long sigh of relief
'Finally noticed me, I thought I became transparent for a moment here'
Even though he was complaining Lorien knew that this was because of his ability which causes him to be nearly impossible to sense
Looking at the shocked girl in front of him he slightly shook his head and decided to break the ice
"Hi! My name is Lorien, you are currently at Sagiri Mountain where Urokodaki trains swordsmen, Your brother is currently training he should be back in a couple of hours"
Hearing news about her brother Nezuko finally calmed down a bit
Seeing this Lorien then continued
"I just helped you awaken your consciousness, if you have any questions about your current state or about anything else you could ask me"
Listening to what Lorien said, Nezuko turned silent for a moment before asking
"My brother is here?"
"Yes"
Hearing the confirmation she instantly felt a sense of relief, but then she remembered what happened to her family which caused her expression to worsen again
Looking at the girl in front of him whose countenance kept changing constantly, Lorien spoke
"Do you want to know about the demons? and the one who killed your family?"
Hearing this Nezuko nodded, her puffy eyes quickly returning to normal thanks to her regeneration, in a matter of seconds no signs of her crying minutes ago were left
"Hmm, let's start with....."

Meanwhile, just as Nezuko and Lorien were sitting in the room talking, Urokodaki and Tanjiro were standing in front of a bolder that looked like it was cut in half with a sharp weapon
After making sure that Lorien learned the water breathing technique, Urokodaki made his way toward where Tanjiro was practicing and he made it just in time to see him cutting the huge boulder in half
Frankly, Urokodaki had no intention of sending him to the final selection, he was confident that he wouldn't be able to slice this boulder
So after having trained Lorien he came here to tell Tanjiro that he should teach Lorien the sun breathing technique so as to not waste any more time
But...Things never go as planned...
"Tanjiro..."
Hearing his name being called and the sound of footsteps coming from behind him Tanjiro who was still in a cutting posture woke up from his daze
"Master Urokodaki..."

Half an hour later, Lorien and Nezuko were still talking, the conversation was mostly her asking some questions about demons, her state...etc, And Loriend answering her
"So can I return to normal?"
Hearing this question Lorien paused not knowing how to answer, she could indeed return to normal, but Lorien himself won't allow it as he needs her to keep her abilities, so he answered in a half-truthful manner
"I am confident that I can turn you back into a human, but it may not be perfect, you may keep some of the powers gained as a demon"
Seeing her turning silent he continued in a comforting tone
"But hey! after turning back into a human you don't have to worry about eating human flesh and fearing the sun, you may also keep the immortality of a demon as a bonus"
Just then as Lorien was about to continue talking, he hear a noise coming from the direction of the front door
He could sense Three presences entering the house, they are of course Tanjiro, Urokodaki, and Saigai who had just finished her training
Sensing this he looked at Nezuko whose face was full of complex emotions and said
"Your brother is back!"
Hearing this the 'haze' on her face was instantly swept away and was replaced by a look full of excitement
She nearly jumped from her place and ran outside to greet him, but thankfully Lorien stopped her in time
"Stop! Don't forget that you are still a demon, If you get in contact with the sun you'll die instantly!"
Hearing this she shrank back to her spot in trepidation
Looking at her, Lorien shook his head with a weary smile on his face as he shouted in the direction where he felt those Three presences
"Hey! Come here! Nezuko woke up!"
Hearing the shout coming from Nezuko's room Tanjiro immediately ran towards it without a second thought
Opening the sliding door Tanjiro's eyes instantly went wide when he saw Nezuko awake
Looking at the shocked Tanjiro, Nezuko couldn't help it anymore as she yelled
"Brother!!"
Hearing this Tanjiro didn't care about anything else right now as he instantly ran towards her and hugged her tightly
"Sister!!"
Looking at them, a small smile appeared on Lorien's face as he stood up and walked towards the door leaving them some space
By the time he reached the door, Urokodaki and Saigai also appeared there curious as to what happened here
But looking at the two siblings hugging each other they understood what had happened and also decided to keep silent
After watching for a while Lorien suddenly felt someone softly hug him from the side
Looking down he saw Saigai resting her head on his chest and watching the reunion
Seeing this he shook his head smilingly as he extended his hand and hugged her waist
But it appears that this was too much for the lonely old man next to them as after a couple of moments he finally spoke to them
"Let's leave them alone for a while, let's talk outside"
