In the living room,
Two young women could be seen lying down on a couch, both of them were unconscious, and surrounding them, there stood a semi-transparent barrier, Its objective is to protect them.
Those two are obvious Saeko and Saigai who are currently practicing with Lorien in the Dream 'World' he constructed.
Even though they've been there for around 4 months, only a couple of seconds passed in reality.
In this short time period, if someone were to survey the bodies of the two girls, they'll notice that they have been improving at an incredible rate, especially Saeko whose body had an earth-shattering transformation.
If compared to her previous body, It's simply the difference between heaven and earth, she went from having the body strength of a normal athlete to that of a superhuman in a matter of seconds, it's truly appalling.

Suddenly, In this quiet environment, a silver-haired young man silently appeared next to them, it is Lorien who had just disappeared from the same position a couple of seconds ago.
His appearance instantly caused a chain reaction as the barrier surrounding the two women quietly disappeared which was followed by their slow awakening.
"Ughh..."
"This is..."
Feeling dazed, both women opened their eyes and started scanning their surroundings uncomfortably.
Staying in a different place for 4 months and then suddenly returning to this villa felt very uncomfortable; everything felt completely alien.
This is also the case for Lorien, as even he himself who created the place felt somewhat unfamiliar with it.
Shaking his head, Lorien threw all of those thoughts aside as it is time for him to go look for the nukes; he delay this any longer.
*Cough*
Coughing lightly, Lorien succeded in attracting the women's attention; but just as he was about to speak, he suddenly froze in place, his eyes going wide.
This is because he suddenly felt a large amount of [Luck] falling on him; It is actually the largest amount he received since entering this world.
'What?!'
'This world is very weird...why do I keep getting rewarded for doing basically nothing...'
With a weird look on his face, Lorien tried to analyze the reason behind it, after all, there is no smoke without a fire, no consequence without a cause.
But after thinking for a while and finding nothing, Lorien's eyes suddenly turned toward Saeko.
'Could it be...'
The only thing he did other than training in the Dream land is giving Saeko a breathing technique.
'Is it really because I taught her a Breathing Technique?'
'Did the world deem this beneficial to its development so it rewarded me?'
'So giving a world's inhabitant a path to become stronger also gets me [Luck]?'
'Will this [Luck] increase when she teaches breathing techniques to others or is it just a one-time thing?'
'This is really confusing...'
Meanwhile, Just as Lorien was drowning in his own thoughts; his facial expressions changing from time to time, Saeko and Saiga kept looking at him weirdly, after all, he just called out to them and then suddenly fell silent.
"Lorien!!" Shouted Saigai after waiting for him to wake up for a while but to no avail.
"Ah!!"
Hearing this sudden call, Lorien was abruptly thrown back to reality as he then quickly looked at the source of the noise.
Seeing the women's worried looks, he paused for a moment as he then couldn't help but smile bitterly.
"Sorry, I was just thinking about something..."
"Are you alright?"
"Yeah, I am fine"
Responding to Saigai, Lorien finally cleared as he decided to put this aside for now as it is now time for work.
"Saeko, you should go and help Shizuka with distributing the food, if there is any misbehavior from the survivors, you can deal with it as you see fit."
Pausing again, He then turned his head toward Saigai.
"I need to go deal with the nuclear weapons, armageddon will start in 3 days, before that, I have to destroy as many of them as possible."
"Armageddon?"
"Ummm, Let Saeko explain it to you, there is not much time left, I need to leave."
"Do you need any help?"
"No thanks, I got it."
"...Alright then."
Chatting with Saeko and Saigai for a while and explaining some things, Lorien didn't linger as he quickly made his way out of the base.
The moment he did, he found a secluded building and then started using his [Clairvoyance] to quickly find the nuke lunch and operation sites.
The moment he started using this ability, Lorien's eyes started shining with a mysterious golden light as scene after scene of nukes going off started appearing in his vision.
His objective now is to use those scenes to determine the location of the launch sites.
But because of the future's infinite possibilities, if he were to look at them one by one, that'll take an indefinite amount of time.
Thinking of this he started 'filtering' results by location; this way, each specific location will only appear once; As long as there is the possibility of a base launching a nuke in the future, Lorien will see it.
This is true for both nuclear launch sites and even nuclear-loaded submarines that may actually be a harder target for him to find and destroy as they can move.
"Ugh!!!"
Holding his head, Lorien suddenly stopped using his ability, his head felt like it would explode at any moment, not to mention that his energy reserves were nearly bottoming out.
"Shit!"
'Looking at that many futures and recording a lot of those details really takes a lot.'
'I won't do this again in the future unless I really have to...'
'But hey, on the bright side, I found most of the launch sites, It's just that I don't think that I'll be able to reach all of them in time...'
*Sighh*
'Whatever, I'll do what I can, as for the result, that's not something I can control.'
'But before that...'

Falling back into his arse, Lorien laid down on his back as he closed his eyes to relax a bit and restore some of his energy.
He wasn't afraid of zombies as he could perceive that there were none close by, not to mention that he already had the vaccine; Moreover, the barrier made by the treasure orb is still around him so there is nothing to worry about.
'Should I make an airplane and modify it? that would be the fastest way to travel...'
'Maybe I can strap myself to a middle, that would also work...'
'But where to get any of those, I need a sample to make a copy and modify it.'
'Really, A pain in the ass...'
