478 I Believe in You
Fang Su Jin looked into the bag of food and realized that Zhang Yi Hai had brought over some of their country’s local dishes. After looking at the for a while, Fang Su Jin raised her head and asked, “Where did you get these?”
“Coincidentally, I know about a restaurant that sells this food. I worry that you might not have much appetite. So I went out earlier to buy something,” Zhang Yi Hai said. “Today, you’re going to spend a long time at the exhibition. Su Jin, you have to eat a little more. Later, you might be too busy to eat.”
Yesterday, while they were having their breakfast in the hotel’s coffeehouse, Zhang Yi Hai noticed that Fang Su Jin ate very little because she was unaccustomed to the food in F Country. With that in his thought, Zhang Yi Hai decided to find something that his girlfriend would be able to enjoy.
Under Zhang Yi Hai’s gaze, Fang Su Jin began to eat slowly. The two of them were sitting too close. The man’s scent reminded her of the scene where Zhang Yi Hai was hugging her to sleep. This time, the image became vivid and she was contemplating whether what happened was real or just a dream.
Fang Su Jin ate another spoonful of porridge before she put down her cutlery. “When did you leave my room?”
She could still remember that Zhang Yi Hai had stayed in her room and waited for her to fall asleep.
A teasing smile appeared on his face. “Before dawn. Someone had her arms around me tightly, refusing to let me leave. I had no choice but to stay around.”
Fang Su Jin stared at him in shock.
Based on what he said, it seemed that what she remembered was real? Moreover, it seemed that he had stayed in her bed last night? Then... they were sleeping together in the same bed?

Fang Su Jin was screaming internally as she was sorting out her feelings. She lowered her head to hide her reddened face.
Fortunately, Zhang Yi Hai had something in mind and did not see the shy look on his girlfriend’s face.
Zhang Yi Hai put down the steamed bun in his hand and looked at his girlfriend again. “Su Jin, I will accompany you to the exhibition today, alright?”
The shy look on her face disappeared as she thought about her exhibition.

She would feel more at ease to have Zhang Yi Hai accompany her anyway. After what happened, Fang Su Jin thought that as long as Zhang Yi Hai was around, everything would be alright.
Besides, Teacher Jiang already knew about their relationship. There was no point in hiding from him.
The two of them had their breakfast together before they finally left the hotel and headed to the exhibition center.
Zhang Yi Hai held his girlfriend’s hand tightly as he led her to the exhibition center.
Although Qi Jing Xuan had told him that Mika would not be able to cause trouble for Fang Su Jin again, Zhang Yi Hai decided not to let his guard down. If anything happened to Fang Su Jin, he would be the one who regretted it.
They headed to the place a couple of hours earlier for a final check before the exhibition center would be open to the public.
Zhang Yi Hai glanced at his girlfriend and noticed the slight frown on her face. A faint chuckle escaped him. Zhang Yi Hai stretched his hand and pressed the crease between her brow.
His action made Fang Su Jin pause. Then, she looked at him in puzzlement. “What are you doing?”
“Are you worried?”
Fang Su Jin stared at the tall man beside her before she finally figured out what he has been asking her. She lowered her head and nodded. “Un. After all, this will be my first exhibition abroad. I don’t know how will others think of my paintings.”
Zhang Yi Hai gave her hand a light squeeze. “You will do fine. I like your paintings. I think the others will like them too. Su Jin, I believe in you.”
Her heart skipped a beat.
Somehow, hearing his words made her feel more at ease. It felt as if she would really do well.
As they were approaching the exhibition center, Fang Su Jin stole a few glances at Zhang Yi Hai. His tall and sturdy posture made her smile sheepishly. Fang Su Jin quickly looked away before Zhang Yi Hai would notice that she was looking at him.
When they arrived, Fang Su Jin quickly spotted her mentor having a brief chat with the manager of the place at the corner of the room.
Teacher Jiang looked up just in time as she approached. “Su Jin, you’re here.” The elder man smiled brightly when he saw his student. Then, his gaze shifted to Zhang Yi Hai. The two men exchanged brief greetings. Then, he turned to Fang Su Jin again and introduced her to the manager.
The manager gave Fang Su Jin a lookover. He had heard about what happened to her yesterday and how Mika would never be able to return again. The manager could not help but be surprised at Fang Su Jin’s connection.
As the manager, he had a few cooperation with Mika. He had also heard a lot of complaints about that person. However, because of Mika’s connection, there was nothing he could do about it.
Who would have thought that Mika had offended someone he should not have and this person happened to have a stronger backer than he had?
The manager was relieved that Mika will have to face the punishment he deserved.

“Then, will you and your girlfriend have time in the evening? My parents will arrive today and my dad wanted to have dinner with you.”

Teacher Jiang looked up just in time as she approached. “Su Jin, you’re here.” The elder man smiled brightly when he saw his student. Then, his gaze shifted to Zhang Yi Hai. The two men exchanged brief greetings. Then, he turned to Fang Su Jin again and introduced her to the manager.
The manager gave Fang Su Jin a lookover. He had heard about what happened to her yesterday and how Mika would never be able to return again. The manager could not help but be surprised at Fang Su Jin’s connection.
As the manager, he had a few cooperation with Mika. He had also heard a lot of complaints about that person. However, because of Mika’s connection, there was nothing he could do about it.
Who would have thought that Mika had offended someone he should not have and this person happened to have a stronger backer than he had?
The manager was relieved that Mika will have to face the punishment he deserved.
