530 Prepare Her Surprise
Fang Su Jin took the first flight to Capital City carrying her bag and her paintings with her.
As soon as she arrived, Fang Su Jin called her mother to report her whereabouts before taking the taxi and heading over to Zhang Yi Hai’s apartment.
Fang Su Jin entered the house using her fingerprint and headed to the guest’s room to put down her bag. Then, she headed to the kitchen to look for available ingredients.
Once she made a list, Fang Su Jin put on her cap and headed to the nearby market to buy some ingredients.
Today was Zhang Yi Hai’s final paper and Fang Su Jin planned to celebrate with him together. She was thinking of cooking a feast to congratulate him. If he passed his exams, he would be able to graduate soon.
Fang Su Jin headed back to Zhang Yi Hai’s apartment once she purchased everything she needed.
She glanced at the time a few times, worrying that Zhang Yi Hai might return to his apartment before she could prepare her surprise.
Seeing that there was not much time, Fang Su Jin quickly hastened her speed and began to cook a few of Zhang Yi Hai’s favorite dishes.
Her phone on the table rang as she was marinating the ribs.

Fang Su Jin looked at the caller ID and gasped. She quickly turned off the hood. Once the atmosphere quietened down, Fang Su Jin inhaled a deep breath and answered the phone call. “Hello? Zhang Yi Hai? Are you done with your exam?”
Zhang Yi Hai smiled when he heard his girlfriend’s voice. The heavy feeling of having to go with his classmates for their last meal gradually disappeared.
“Un. I’m finally done with my final paper.”
Her lips bloomed into a bright smile. “Congratulations.”
“Thank you. Then, when I get back, would I get a reward?”
Fang Su Jin laughed. “Then, let’s wait until you come back first. When are you returning to Y City?”
“I was going to take the last flight this evening to Y City.”
Fang Su Jin began to panic upon hearing his words.
“But my mom said, I shouldn’t be rushing to go home,” Zhang Yi Hai said. “Since I’m going to leave Capital City soon, it’s better if I tidy up the house a little bit. I am not sure when I will be back to Y City.”
