629 Congratulations, Both of You
Fang Su Jin ran to look in the mirror to tidy up a little bit. Then, she took a few deep breaths before she went to open the door. “Auntie.” A bright smile appeared on her lips. “Sorry, I wasn’t expecting anyone to come and thought that it was some troublemakers.” She stepped aside and continued, “Please, come in.”
Li Qin Yao stepped into the room and waited for Fang Su Jin to lead her to the living area. Then, she raised the bag in her hand. “Your uncle and I went to visit a few of our friends earlier and they packed up some food. Su Jin, come and try them.”
Fang Su Jin stretched her hand to take the paper bag.
At the same time, Li Qin Yao noticed the sparkling diamond ring on Fang Su Jin’s finger. She stared at the ring for a few seconds and a smile appeared on her lips.
Of course, Fang Su Jin noticed that Li Qin Yao was looking at her ring and suddenly, her cheek turned bright red.
The smile on Li Qin Yao’s lips showed that she know something about the ring.
However, Fang Su Jin pretend as if she did not notice anything.
She put the paper bag on the coffee table and peeked into it. It seemed that there were a few cakes.
“Is Yi Hai here?”

Fang Su Jin was startled. She looked up, wanting to lie, but remembered that Zhang Yi Hai’s mother might have gone to his room and found that he was not around.
It seemed that it will only be troublesome for her if she was caught lying.
“Un...” Fang Su Jin nodded. “He should be in the bathroom.”
The person who was hiding in the bathroom heard her words. Zhang Yi Hai knew that he will have to come out of the bathroom after this.
He lowered his gaze and looked at a certain part of his body.
Zhang Yi Hai inhaled a few deep breaths to calm down and finally came out. As he walked into the living area, Zhang Yi Hai saw that his mother was chatting happily with Fang Su Jin.
Sensing his movement, Li Qin Yao turned around and smiled at her son. “Yi Hai, are you alright? It takes you a while in the bathroom.”
Zhang Yi Hai let out a dry cough. “Mmm... it might be something that I eat.”
Fortunately, Li Qin Yao did not probe into this matter.
“That’s right, your father and I are planning to head back to Y City tomorrow,” Li Qin Yao said. “We are still worried about your sister and Xi Xi. Are you coming with us?”
Now that her daughter was pregnant, Li Qin Yao could not stop worrying about her. After all, Zhang Li Xue was someone who liked to run around.
Zhang Yi Hai glanced at Fang Su Jin and met her gaze. “No. We’ll stay in Capital City for a couple more days. There are still a few businesses I need to deal with the university’s management.”

“Su Jin, later, you have to ask your parents when will be a good time for your uncle and me to pay a visit,” Li Qin Yao said.
Fang Su Jin stared back at the elder woman with a puzzled look on her face.
Li Qin Yao chuckled upon seeing the look on Fang Su Jin’s face. Then, she walked over to the girl and held her hands. “Since you have agreed to Yi Hai’s proposal, of course, we should be meeting your parents to discuss your wedding.”
Fang Su Jin’s face turned bright red again. She did not expect Zhang Yi Hai’s mother to know...
Suddenly, she could imagine that Zhang Li Xue would hear about this news as well. Her friend would be really excited. Fang Su Jin could already imagine that Zhang Li Xue would make her call her sister-in-law again.
“Congratulations, both of you.” Li Qin Yao patted Fang Su Jin’s hand before looking at her son.
After saying a few more words, Li Qin Yao finally made her move to leave.
Zhang Yi Hai walked her mother to the door. Before she left, his mother did not forget to remind him not to bully her future daughter-in-law that much.
