The butler fetched the young servant in the video. He looked through their employee records and this young maid was hired just 6 months ago. She was generally a hard worker and quiet. She was not the type who would gossip.
Ning Zhi’s look was a little cold. Looking at the young maid in front of her, she asked her directly, “Who asked you to collect my hair and cups that I had used?”
The young maid’s throat was dry. She shook her head in fear and said, “I have no idea what Second Young Madam is talking about.”
“Oh, you don’t, huh?” Ning Zhi smiled. “I lost a diamond necklace a couple of days ago. I guess I am going to have to report it missing and have cops assist in the investigation and see if you were the one who tool it.”
“It wasn’t me.” Frightened, the young maid looked up right away and said, “You can’t just accuse me like that. All I took was your hair.”
“Who asked you to do that?” asked Ning Zhi again.
The young maid knew that she would be accused of stealing a necklace if she didn’t answer Ning Zhi’s question.
