He decided to use 50 % of his power with all the laws blended in. A grey figure immediately blasted out of the corner and appeared in front of Li Meng.

He tried his best to hold out, and negate the power directed at him while imbuing the message talisman with more power. It finally powered up enough, to shine brightly and fade into the wind.
"You are dead now boy. Every single one of you will be killed." The vice-leade shouted.
