"I think that is an interesting move. It would certainly be safer to have it set up as a guild. The adventurers guild had an easy time replacing the groups of mercenaries within our kingdom since they would be able to better handle the quests given. There was also a safety aspect of having a guild that could enforce rules and regulations."

They are few in number but if they are treated right maybe the elves could foster the safe return of their species. That is if your kingdom forbids the hunting and selling of materials."
