...

Momo's group, consisting of Lena, Kyoka and Toru planned to meet at Momo's house to train, they had two weeks to train and hone their skills a bit in preparation for the UA Sports Festival.

First Week:

All the girls agreed to use the first week to build up their physical strength, and would use the second week to practice with their Quirk. The only exception to this was Toru who decided to bet everything on learning Light Manipulation.

Momo: She focused mainly is her fighting style with a Bo, she hired a martial artist to help her train and learn the basics of the weapon, plus how to react when under pressure, which she knows is her weak point and that was demonstrated in USJ when Lena I can make decisions faster than her in a dangerous situation. She then focused on improving her endurance and strength by doing some basic exercises such as weight lifting, squats or running a few kilometers.

Kyoka: She focused mainly on strengthening her body, she was following the exercises provided by Lena weeks ago and she must say that even though she feels like she is going to die at any moment she has given some great results in the last days, this is also due to the feeding routine provided by Lena. She then focused on hand to hand combat with another instructor that Momo had hired (How much money did Momo have?) and surprisingly mind you she was able to learn very quickly and with almost no setbacks.

Lena: She focused on learning another style of combat, she couldn't always fight with just her legs, she must have several cards up her sleeve. She fought against training robots of the Yaoyorozu house without using her Quirk, managing to improve her intuition and reaction time as well as to make feints and deceive the enemy in the middle of combat.

During this week her father gave her the news that he would be leaving I-Island to help Uncle David with something, Lena although sad, understood and made no scene upon hearing the news. It was then when she had the idea to stay over at Momo's house for two weeks, although the idea was a bit bad, Lena thought it would be a good idea to save training time, she discussed with Momo the matter and Momo agreed without many complications due to the countless amount of rooms in the Yaoyorozu Mansion. Momo also invited Kyoka and Toru, both of whom accepted without much hassle, although for some reason Momo decided to put Kyoka in the same room as Lena, strange. Lena discovered that Kyoka is an early riser.

Toru: She focused on her Quirk 100%, asking for help from both Lena and Momo to guide her on ideas to manipulate the light. For 2 days she was practicing throwing small beams of light strong enough to cause pain to the opponent, the sore Momo was collateral damage of course. For the next few days she focused on increasing her stamina to throw more light beams without getting so tired and making a surprising breakthrough.

Second Week:

This week the girls focused on utilizing their Quirk, taking the last day to rest and relax their bodies to be 100% on the day of the festival. They also reached a privacy agreement where each would hide what they trained or learned during this week.

Momo: She already had great control over her Quirk, so what she trained on was the speed of creating objects, especially large objects.

Kyoka: She focused on increasing the intensity of the sound she could generate, discovering that if she put her two Jacks together at the same time she could create a Sonic Wall capable of repelling objects, but at the cost of Kyoka's stamina, she managed to generate a maximum of two walls before falling exhausted. She also tried to increase the range of her Jacks without much success. The other thing she was able to discover was that in exchange for spending a large amount of stamina she can generate a large sonic wave capable of making her levitate through the air, but she has not yet been able to master this technique and can only levitate, nothing to move.

Lena: She... didn't make much progress. She tried to apply her Quirk in several creative ways but she couldn't achieve anything. The only thing she managed to learn was the creation of the Entropic Dome (like the USJ's, but without the frozen time), but it expended too much energy, was too fragile and wasn't very big, so it was useless. This frustrated Lena a lot.

Toru: Her training was bearing much fruit, improving the power of her light rays and learning to camouflage objects with the manipulation of light. She tried to create illusions but only appeared disfigured and more made figures, in addition to spending an incredibly high amount of stamina.

To relax the girls decided to go to the Yaoyorozu's personal pool to relax their bodies and minds.

"WELCOME TO THE UA SPORTS FESTIVAL!!!"

The battle begins now...

...

A/N: It's the first time I write a chapter in this style, what did you think?. By the way the ones who got the best out of this training were Kyoka and Toru. Lena and Momo have trained their Quirks since they were little, so they don't have such an explosive growth...
