It paused at the entrance of the passage, looked back at Gao Peng, then jumped in the same position a few times. It seemed like it was asking Gao Peng to enter with it.
“Master.” A group of familiars looked at Gao Peng. Gao Peng squinted and tried to focus his eyes, then chose to merge with the Dragon Ant. The abilities of the Dragon Ant were more diverse and could cope with emergencies.
Gao Peng felt his vision improve after merging with the Dragon Ant. After warming up, he allowed Goldie and Fatty Big Sea to head down with him. He then commanded the other familiars to guard the exit and be ready to take over at any time.
As he walked down the cold ladder, footsteps echoed in the passage. Sunlight fell through the cracks from the top, since the passage wasn’t too long. After three hundred steps, he reached the end. A wide and spacious underground hall was in front of him.
Above the hall, on the ceiling, dense thick smoke floated, isolating all movements and hiding it from external detection. In the middle of the hall laid a huge steel giant.
At a quick glance, the body was nearly 350 feet long. Every inch of it was artistically contoured, with crooked barbs, sharp spears, and dense scales. Though it was lying on the ground, the vibe that emanated naturally from the body was disconcerting.
The pen creature stood in front of the steel giant and bounced in Gao Peng’s direction.
