Ian then put his hand on Kerry’s shoulder and thanked him saying that now that their territory was stabilized it was time to put this kind of thing in place, and then he said : “Kevin, I think banishing the leaders of these Sect is far from enough, how about you seize 70% of all their possessions and use that money to create a much better educational environment for these students.”
Kevin smirked then and he said to Dilan : “I think Ian is right, it would be really unfair to let them off the hook so easily.
Seize 70% of their possessions and put them in the new Moon Sect and Sky Sect treasury.”
The instructors were shocked at this decision but they weren’t going to complain, they too had been more than taken advantage of by their leaders… ex leaders.

Kevin then looked at Garry and asked him : “Since a black market has naturally developed in these Sects, I think they’ll need Douglas’ benevolence and expertise to help them create a warehouse with fair prices for everyone.”
Garry’s smile widened and he said to Kevin : “My King, Douglas will be really happy to help them.”
After the matter about the Moon Sect and the Sky Sect was finally settled, Dilan then proposed to Kevin : “Now that our territories are at peace and that you want to make the border a place of exchange, why not organize regular tournaments so that our best students can meet the bests students of the demon territory and measure their strengths.
These kinds of tournaments will attract a lot of people from both side and they will motivate our students to excel.”
Everyone agreed and thought it was a great idea and after a short break Kevin finally spoke up again because there was one last issue that needed to be solved that he wanted to tell everyone about : “The last issue I wanted to talk to you about is the problem of the Shapeshifters, and more specifically this Raven who seems to want to make the Shapeshifters a separate community.”
Kevin looked at Axel and said to everyone : “We want to reintegrate all the Shapeshifters who have become isolated, in the army, in the Sects, or simply in the cities.
They can become guards, teachers, students, merchants, I’d like everyone to welcome them with kindness and help them find their place in our world.
Don’t forget that the Shapeshifters are part of the human race, and I wouldn’t let them isolate themselves any more than that.
Axel and I will visit them right after this meeting and see on the spot how we should handle them, but I guess if another Shapeshifter, and by that I mean Axel of course, can beat Raven, everyone should listen to us after that.”
Dilan then asked him a little worried : “Are you really going to meet Raven and his Shapeshifters just the two of you ? Maybe Kelan and Nolan could go with you or if you prefer you can bring Alan and Erik with you…”

Ian, who was aware that Kevin could at any moment summon creatures of phenomenal power or simply call his fathers-in-law to the rescue, said to everyone : “Axel is right, let them deal with this problem and besides, Kev, you can tell them that the territory of the demons will be delighted to welcome them too, after all my husband is a Shapeshifter too.”
Kevin smiled and Liam then said : “I think we can call it a day then, we all have a lot of things to do and your King has given you your instructions so everyone get to work.”
Evy immediately joined Liam, Ian and Kerry and as she had already made her arrangements and was free today, Kerry agreed to introduce her to the members of the black market.
As for Liam, after talking with Ian, he decided to stay with Garry to help him organize the transfer of the students and instructors to their new location in the capital.
Dilan left immediately because he had a lot of things to do, and he immediately contacted his sons to help him.
As for the instructors of the other Sects, as long as their leaders had not been dismissed, they could not return to their respective Sects and so Kevin told them that they could stay as long as they wished at the Royal Palace while waiting for that to happen.
When everyone was gone, Kevin then asked Axel : “Is the core of this world willing to help us or do we have to find their hideout by ourselves ?”
