Chapter 445: Humans aren’t allowed in our community

Axel smirked then and a teleportation portal suddenly appeared in front of them.
Axel told him : “It agrees with us, and it doesn’t want the Shapeshifters to become another threat when peace has just been restored.”
Kevin then hold his hand and he said : “Great ! Let’s go then and try to find out what this Raven is really up to.”
Axel nodded and together they went through the teleportation portal, which immediately closed behind them.
They arrived in what seemed to be a large square of a small city, there were buildings all around the square and a large avenue that crossed it.
Everyone in the square had grabbed their weapons and looked at them with hostility and Kevin then said to them : “We are not your enemies and we wish to speak with Raven.”
One of the fighters then stepped forward and he motioned to the others to lower their weapons, he then said : “You can all get back to your business, there is nothing to see, Axel is one of us, he is a wolf, I will bring him to our King.”
Kevin raised his eyebrows and said to Axel using their link to communicate, ‘I think Raven is a bit too power hungry, we’re really going to have to be careful with him.’
Axel nodded slightly telling him, ‘You’re right, there are a lot more of them than I thought, and a lot of them are at a very decent level, there is already about twenty legendary wolves not counting the other species.’
Kevin smirked and said, ‘Interesting !’

When they wanted to follow this man, he stopped them immediately and said to them, “Just Axel, you can’t come with us, humans aren’t allowed in our community.”
The terrifying growl of Axel’s wolf was immediately heard and Kevin immediately said to him as he tightened his fingers around his : “Honey, calm down, this man doesn’t know that we are married.”
Kevin didn’t want to tell them right away that he was the new King and he didn’t want Axel to turn into a divine creature either.
Golden circles had already appeared around his pupils and he said menacingly to this man who was a Dragon : “Don’t you ever speak to my husband like that again or I will kill you on the spot without hesitation.”
He then took a deep breath to calm himself down and the golden circles around his pupils disappeared as quickly as they had appeared.
He said to this Dragon raising his left hand : “Kevin is my life partner, and there is nothing more sacred than a life partner for a Shapeshifter, so I won’t go anywhere without him.”
The man who had stepped back when he heard the terrifying growl from the wolf side of Axel said to him : “No wonder your wolf was so pissed off, I’m sorry, I couldn’t have guessed.”
He still hesitated a bit but finally he said to them : “Ok, follow me then, Raven is with the council of elders, they are discussing our options, because apparently the new bearer of the pentagram mark has appeared and this may be the opportunity we have all been waiting for.”
While they followed him, Axel asked him following Kevin’s instructions : “What kind of opportunity have you been waiting for ?”
The man smirked and said : “The one to take the power of course, why should it be the humans that rule when they are so inferior to us ?”
Axel chuckled then and looked at Kevin before saying : “Humans… inferior to us…”
‘What a joke !’ Thought immediately Axel, but he kept quiet because Kevin told him to play along, so he said to the man who looked at him with a frown and didn’t seem happy with his reaction : “That’s an interesting concept…”

The man lowered his guard instantly and told them : “The elders don’t agree with Raven, but now Raven has become much stronger than them, so they will all have to bend to his will or they will be executed for treason, only the strongest can rule.”
Kevin smiled then and he said to him : “Indeed, I agree with you, only the strongest can rule.”
Axel then put his arm around his shoulders and after kissing the top of his head he asked him using their link, ‘Are we going to have to kill him ? If he’s creating an army of fanatics we’re not going to have a choice.’
Kevin then told him, ‘Maybe he just needs a good beating, and if the elders are against him, then we still have a chance to reunite with the Shapeshifters.’
Axel didn’t have time to answer him because he saw the vision that Kevin was having at the same time as him and he immediately said, ‘It’s Raven… He has become a Divine Dragon.’
In Kevin’s vision he saw him transform into a Divine Dragon and the symbol on his forehead was the same golden symbol as Liam’s, then they saw him coldly execute 3 men who looked just a little bit older than him but who must have been the elders that this Dragon that was leading them had told them about.
And Kevin just after his vision then said to Axel, still using their link, ‘We must wait for him to transform, we must not let him notice us too soon… I will use the Chains of Restraint to protect them.’
Axel’s wolf was agitated but he trusted Kevin, he really didn’t understand how Raven could have come to this, he was about to kill the elders of all the Shapeshifters, it was like him killing Liam, it didn’t make any sense.
Kevin then said to him as he could feel his agitation, ‘Don’t worry, I’ll take care of him, it’ll be a battle of Kings, when I beat him, the Shapeshifters will surrender.’
Axel was still a little shaken by what he had just seen but once again he knew that Kevin would make the right decisions.
And since the Warrior Spirits’ visions were always there for a good reason, it also meant that they had to rescue these three elders and stop Raven no matter what.
