Shangguan Ning started to feel suffocation and dizzy. Without caring about anything more, she snatched a vase within her hand’s distance and smashed it upon his head.
With a loud sound of clattering, the vase banged against Jing Yiran’s head. He released his hands and Shangguan Ning was able to breathe again.
Both of them fell on the ground at the same time. Jing Yiran screamed in pain with hands over his head whilst Shangguan Ning struggled to breath with her hands on her chest, coughing at the same time.
Lu Qing had just come up to the 76th floor with a deck of material when he heard a loud noise. He followed the voices and entered Shangguan Ning’s office. Jing Yichen had warned him that Jing Yiran might try to hurt Shangguan Ning and that he should keep an eye on him.
If Shangguan Ning was hurt, not only Jing Yichen would get furious, even Jing Zhongxiu, the old President would get angry too.
