He walked out of the cellar, entered a car and answered the call in a gentle voice. “Miss Shangguan, where are you now?”
“Mr. Tang, I am not sure where I am now, because I have never been to B City before. I am calling to see if everything is fine with my husband. You have not broken our agreement, have you?”
Tang Shunian chuckled. He seemed to think that Shangguan Ning was phrasing her words in a very interesting way.
He looked up at Jing Yichen who was in the combat and said in a calm voice, “Of course not, Jing Yichen is doing fine now. But I think that he wants to see you desperately. So you should hurry!”
“Can I speak with him?”
“I am so sorry, Miss Shangguan. I have already been sincere enough to give you guys time to speak. Honestly, if we talk too much, my location can be tracked. I will be dead if too many police officers come here.”
