It has been two weeks Jian started to learn a new profession and in this week's he has successfully created three basic structures and one hard structure so slowly he was getting high level control of his Qi and his strength.
While he was focusing on learning the profession the new elders have started to take the test in one week they were able to take the first two testswhich allowed more than 600 disciples to qualify for the third test and

Even the results was devastating that more than 700 disciples have not been focusing on learning the divine body tempering technique and basic Martial arts but Jian was not worried at all because most of them we are not able to successfully perfect there martial art and only half of them where not able to successfully learn the divine body tempering technique because they were not successful able to clear there impurities.
He Believed that it would not take them time to successfully complete this tasks and in only few weeks they will be able to join the 300 disciples who as successfully cleared all test so he was not worried at all even the disciples were not worried because they also know that they have not been able to focus on completing the basics tasks.
The new nine elders have also adjusted to the new positions very easily as Yu Yue and Yu Yang and others have been helping then they were able to manage the disciples and take the test.
Jian was also very happy with them that they have not made any mistake during the test and where successfully able to find out the disciples who are able to successfully learn the divine body tempering technique and the basic martial Art and they have submitted the list of these disciples who has successfully passed all test to the sect hall.
Now with system's help Jian would have been able to find which disciples have been able to focus on learning the divine body tempering technique and the basic martial art but he didn't wanted the system to do such basic task because the elders were more than enough to help him and this will also help them gain experience about managing the sect

So next morning he called all nine elders and told him to gather everyone in the disciples area so that he can makes announcement so they listened to his instructions and gathered everyone to the disciples area and informed Jian.
Knowing that everyone has gather Jian immediately flew to the disciples area and was greeted by everyone.
"Today I am going to make an important announcement which should affect your whole future and your sect life so you should listen carefully but before I make the announcement let me inform you that from today onwards all the restrictions will be lifted meaning you can do your thing or go to the Mission and are allowed to leave the sect so you will not be stopped to go outside the sect.
After the restrictions get lifted of the sect will go to its normal routine and only a few things will be different and one of the thing that will be different is the announcement that I am going to make.

Some of you are thinking that we are just dividing the disciples so that it will be easier for us to manage but later tell us aside from managing the disciples the resources they will get will also be different.

And aside from that they will also have high concentration of spiritual Qi in their area and they will have high quality residence which would help them focus on cultivation.
